Very friendly! Clean! $0.92/oz FroYo, which seems to be on the cheaper side. Good quality FroYo as well.

1. No samples is a 100% deal breaker. Frozen yogurt is a high profit margin item. There's absolutely no excuse to be so stingy as to not allow people to taste before they buy, this is just anti-customer.
2. The giant posters outside featuring garish AI renderings of some slop that clearly isn't your product are also a deal breaker. I do not support any company that uses AI to replace human talent. Thats strike two and im definitely getting the picture that the owner of slo fro yo is incredibly greedy and stingy. I bet it sucks to work here too, these are NOT good signs.

The dole whip pineapple soft serve was ecspcially excellent, but when you go here choose the fruit flavors rather than the chocolatey or vanilla ones, as they taste a bit bland. Not much parking around, so you have to wait a little for a space to free. Overall, great area, cozy ambience and kind workers.

My daughter(3 yrs old) and I went to Slo Froyo on Sunday 3/29 @11:02 am. The Member opened the door at 11am and we waited for a couple minutes to go in. My daughter just wanted some frozen yogurt and really likes the flavors from slofroyo, as we got the yogurt, the gentleman told us that we came to early in a rude tone. I politely ask to repeat what he said and rudely said we came too early and that he wasn’t done getting all his utensils ready yet. I gave $2 tip on a $2 yogurt and hopefully that changes his attitude but, are you kidding me. Open at 11am, we came in at 11:02 and it was for a 3 years old. And rudely tells us we came in too early. Who in their right mind talks to customers like that when your open at 11am and not ready yet. This is the one of stuff that won’t bring anyone back. Will not be back to slofroyo anymore

No free samples, only large size cups, employee was completely disinterested. What happened to the froyo of the 2010’s!?! Christ.

The vibes were off as I walked in. And when I asked for a sample as yogurt places always have I was told they don’t do that which I thought was weird. First and last time there.

This Froyo is the best I've ever had! The pumpkin flavor is super duper good and had perfect flavor! 10/10!!

Came to SLOFROYO during a vacation in SLO. There’s nothing particularly unique about it compared to other froyo places, besides the fact that it also sells italian ice. They have most of the basic froyo flavors. It does kinda suck they don’t offer samples, but a lot of other frozen yogurt places have the same policy, and it’s not a big deal if you already know what kind of flavors you like. I got tart with dole whip and mochi. It was yummy, met my expectations, not much else to say. It costed me about 6 dollars for my cup, which isn’t bad, but the froyo in my hometown is cheaper. My interaction with the staff, while brief, was positive. There was only outdoor seating when I visited about 2 weeks ago, luckily it was sunny and warm outside. Perfect weather for a cold treat.

I’m not really sure how to sign off on this one, it’s just froyo. And I like froyo. If I’m ever in downtown SLO again, I’ll likely be a repeat customer. 4/5.

Great yogurt and nice simple options. Guy working at register was pleasant and place was well maintained.

REALLY dirty…sticky everything, dirt in the cracks of everything, smelled insane in there..looked like a tornado went through the toppings..also looked like they were left out all week and not refreshed. Sticky fermented strawberries just sitting in their old juice..dole whip tasted as it should tho 💯do better

The froyo had a great variety of toppings - i liked that. I missed a plain flavor and the coconut one was too watery.
