So disappointed! We had been rushing around town and wanted to get a coffee. We knew this Starbucks closed at 8:00 pm. As we arrived to the counter at 7:55, we were told that they were closed. I said " I thought you were open until 8:00. The young lady behind the counter said " Well we can make you a tea , but that's all". So obviously they were still open. I get it, it's near closing time and you want to go home. I understand. My wife is a barista and she gets this all the time, but her policy is to serve the customer until the store is closed. Hopefully, Starbucks has the same policy and can review their customer service policy with the two young ladies. They lost three transactions and maybe us as future customers.

We came into the Starbucks in Target at 7:55 PM. Lights were on and clearly these two girls were in a rush to close down. We were told "sorry, we're closed". My husband pointed out that it was not yet 8:00 PM. The girls then proceeded to tell us we could "purchase a tea." I know this isn't typical Starbucks policy and needs to be addressed. If a sign says an establishment is open until 8:00 PM, one would expect access to the full menu options. Incidentally, they immediately turned out the lights when we proceeded into Target. Obviously, the girls thought it was funny.

Customer service means that you provide service with a smile and positive attitude. The girl at this venue was not very happy to be there and it showed! I felt as though I was an inconvenience to her being and honesty regretted ordering after doing so. I will definitely not be going back if that person is working there. I know we have bad days, but the job of a Starbucks barista is to represent your brand in a positive light!

Nice view of the hillside but I had 3 bagels with cream cheese and butter and sadly had NO butter added to the take out bag. Really busy location, recommend another option if you don't mind waiting. Visited on a Sunday so a lot of family friendliness but nice to have a newspaper available for customers to read for free while waiting.

bad service ? they served me with a bad temper and they did not have 3 types of drinks that I wanted and in the end the one I ordered was not made as I requested
It was very good. I went there twice whole staying 1 night in San Luis Obispo. The manager waited on me the night I was there and again the following morning before I left for the airport to get home. She was wonderful.

I don't like Starbucks. The coffee is terrible and wherever I go there's a Starbucks located close by I'm not in a Starbucks. It's just the location that my phone picks up and thinks that I'm at a Starbucks
