“I happened upon this store while on vacation, and the moment I stepped through the door, I felt like I had been transported to another world! The beautiful fragrances, wonderful scents, and unique atmosphere are truly something you don’t want to miss.

I became completely addicted to the Lokum Essential Oil and, unfortunately, had already used up the bottle I purchased in the store months ago. When I discovered that the oil wasn’t available for purchase online, I emailed the store. I was absolutely shocked and impressed when, just two days later, they had added it to their website!

I just received the bottle I ordered, and it was packaged perfectly. It arrived completely intact with no leakage. They even included a little bag with an adorable handmade keyring — such a thoughtful surprise!

I was already impressed with this store during my visit, but their online customer service impressed me just as much. They truly go the extra mile for their customers.
