Ahi Sushi & Grill

Sushi rolls had good flavor combination and the ingredients are very fresh. Will definitely come back again. However, we felt a little rushed by our waitress to finish up even though there were other customers still there eating and it wasn't even closing time yet. I used to work in a restaurant so I understand the sentiment to just be done and go home, but that's just not good etiquette.

Service was beyond great! Fast and caring but not hovering.
Winner of the night was the house fried rice! The beef was so tender, shrimp were bigger than expected for a fried rice dish! Not greasy and perfect garlic to salt ratio!
The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and the prices are unbelievable!
Dozens of creative specialties rolls! Lady roll for those who love Spicy Tuna!

Came here for a lunch date with my boyfriend and we both went for the lunch special rainbow roll. Honestly, it was perfect — fresh, colorful, and so delicious! We kept stealing bites from each other’s plates even though we ordered the same thing 😅.

The vibe at Ahi Sushi is super relaxed, which made it feel like the perfect spot for a casual date. Service was friendly and fast, and the rolls were such a great deal for the quality.

We left happy, full, and already planning to come back for another sushi date soon. Highly recommend if you’re in San Marcos!

My wife and I split a poke bowl and it was very filling. Tons of fish. Very fresh, No skimping here. DEFINITELY would recommend this establishment.

The Japanese restaurant run by Vietnamese people offers not only sushi and sashimi but also stir-fried dishes. The prices are reasonable, the taste is great, and the service is excellent. It is highly recommended.

Worst poki bowl I've ever had, the tuna wasn't fresh at all, the bowl was half seaweed salad and no avocado included I couldn't even finish it. Place is run by highschoolers might I add.
