Whats this?! 1/4 of the cup filled with foamed, NOT EVEN FULL! I dont mind paying $7.86 for the drink but not filling it to the top is more like a joke or something, this has been happening a lot now thats why i decided to write a review, starbucks is also good, a little cheaper but the filled their cup to top and the venti is bigger…

It’s such a shame that this location not only takes FOREVER in the drive thru but also doesn’t process online orders in a timely manner. On several occasions I have put in mobile orders 20+ minutes ahead of time due to knowing they notoriously take forever, only to show up and it still hasn’t even been started. I work nights and love to stop at this convenient location before work. There is zero reason it should take so long when ordering in the evening as it’s never crowded when I come. There’s one worker there who I adore and has always been so sweet and accommodating so just wanted to give a shout out to him despite having repeated issues with this location. I don’t recommend going to this location if you’re looking for a quick drive thru or mobile order experience.

Ordered a lavender tea latte and Moroccan spice but tasted like regular coffee, bitter and watered down with ice, didn’t taste as they usually would in other locations. Service was fast but I assume that’s why the drinks were bad. Usually better buzz is good but not this location,or maybe it was just the team on site idk

I love Better Buzz Coffee! My favorite is Caramel Buzz. I also love their summer cold drinks over ice, so refreshing and tastes great! The caramel buzz is so creamy perfectly blended and is delicious! Starbucks just can’t even come close to Better Buzz. I love their hot coffee too very smooth and good. I highly recommend you try Better Buzz you won’t be disappointed.

Ordered a mocha latte and it tasted like a chocolate milk shake. Coul not taste any coffee at all. The young kid at the window wasn't very sharp either. Won't be going back there!

Better buzz used to be the buzz but now it’s just the fuzz, on a moldy apple because the time it takes for the person taking orders to notice you is that long. Please save the headache don’t go here.

Maybe the San Marcos owner needs a bigger place to keep employees in a good mood and not all crowded, and confused so they can give better customer service. Every time I buy coffee in the San Marcos branch tastes different (not that good), they make a lot of mistakes with the orders, they send you to wait in the parking lot for a while, etcetera. I decided to go and buy my coffee somewhere else for this same reason.

The food is great I start my morning in better buzzed everyday tho the girl that took the order in the drive thru was rude kept calling things I don’t want to order cut me off while ordering saying meet u at the window without finishing my order . I will say it’s first time it happens in any of your branches I always get a great service leave tips but this time I felt like someone trying to make fun of me and my time .

When I got to the window and asked for the girl name she didn’t wanna say who was it

I used to love this place, but the customer service and efficiency has completely tanked. I don’t know if there’s new management or what, but they are losing it.

2 weeks ago, i preordered a drink and muffin for pick up on my day off. i spent 25 minutes sitting outside watching people walk up and walk out with their orders. i stayed patient until the very end, where the manager handed me my drink and said she was going to refund me because “you’ve been waiting for like 15 minutes”. I never got that refund.

Today, I am suffering from covid and just wanted a coffee and muffin so i ordered through door dash to be delivered. i got the drink but the completely wrong muffin. no worries, i got credits for it and reordered an express delivery for the original muffin. The muffin i received was totally different from the first one and the one i originally ordered!! I ordered one chocolate muffin and received a weird raisin muffin with no seal on the bag, and then received an apple type of muffin on the second try. I normally get over things pretty quickly, but the fact that I can barely stay conscious with covid is making this suck so much more. At this point I didn’t trust that they’d get anything right so i fought to have a full refund, but to know that this establishment has lost its reliability and quality is a huge bummer and they may have lost me as a long time customer ✌?
