We ordered 3 bread bowls 2 days ago to be picked up today 12/24/25. When we showed up they were out of bread bowls.

The sourdough here is famous! I love to grab a pick two lunch and load of bread for home sandwiches, grilled cheeses and French toast. My favorite sandwich is the short rib melt and I love the Mac and cheese topped with grilled chicken! Easy casual order and sit down style restaurant.

They were out of butternut squash soup, so I had the brie, apple, and fig sandwich. It was really good! The outside tables needed to be cleaned. The staff was friendly.

I received a hockey puck. I think it was supposed to be a macadamia nut cookie that I ordered, and it looked like one… but it was actually harder than a hockey puck.

No cheese on the French dip when it’s advertised with cheese? What the… chili was pretty good yes, but excited for my finisher the French dip and ready to dip in my aju sauce just to find this is meat and bread slapped together like a drunk Friday night finale. Sad. Cheese is what throws it all together. Disappointing. Don’t advertise what it’s not. Please. Two folks were just staring at me when I walked in and the manager finally came and was very nice but the two employees seemed to not want to help at all. Sad.

Check your bread when you go. I didn’t and it’s a two hour drive for us and I get home and the whole package was moldy… not going back to this location very disappointing. We got to this location at 10am then the lady charged us for coffee that wasn’t even brewed. 20 min we were waiting for coffee the employee didn’t care that we were waiting. We ended up getting a refund for the coffee bc we waited so long. The employees don’t seem to care for their customers. The place has gone down hill in the last year. The employees act like it’s our fault that we asked for the refund. I wouldn’t have even of wrote this review if it wasn’t for the moldy bread I received so mad and grossed out by it. The other time I was at this location I dealt with the same bad employee she wears glasses and worked today at 10am idk if she is a manager but she is horrible customer service. That time I asked for salami in my sandwich and there wasn’t any. I asked my husband if he could tell the lady with the glasses (wish I got her name) that they forgot to put it in my sandwich. She tells my husband it’s in there and touches my sandwich with her nasty glove hands that she touches other things with besides my sandwich. Why would you lie and tell him that there’s salami in it? I know what salami looks like and clearly it wasn’t in there. Does she think we are stupid? I get up mad and telling her where in this sandwich is Salami..then she goes ahead to fix the problem. I should of got a whole new sandwich instead of them just adding the salami, but I just let it go since I was hungry and didn’t want to bother with it anymore. My husband was way too nice to just let this employee step on him when he was doing me the favor.

Came in on a busy Friday night and ordered two hours before they closed for dine in. We sat patiently waiting and talking only to have almost an hr pass with them not remembering to bring out several items from our order.
When I asked them about it, they no longer had our order on the screen. They finally starting working on the other half and in the mean time, I had to have them remake a tuna sandwich because I found two white hairs on it.
They didn't remember to bring the remade sandwich out so it was luke warm and then they ran out of bread bowls that had originally been on the order and cost a dollar more
The guy lied to me and said they don't cost extra while offering to give me rolls which I accepted. I overheard all their priority being on the Doordash orders waiting and not the customers eating there. They were forgetting several items on other people's orders and not telling them they were out of stuff before charging them. Can't believe the level of incompetence shown at this Boudin. Have been to other locations and never seen this before. What a disappointment. Won't be returning here.

I placed a large order on my birthday for delivery including 2 soup bread bowls, loaf of sd and a few other things. When I got my delivery there was absolutely no bread in the order. What made me even more upset was that this exact same thing happen months ago no bread on delivery order and I hadn't ordered since. The total lack of care or concerns when I called the store was the icing on the birthday cake. Her response that we are busy is absolutely not an acceptable response in my opinion. I suggest that the owner/manager manage that response in the future. Pretending to care can go a long way.

Service is very good especially for how busy they were. The broccoli soup was very good. Also it was pretty clean for how many people were there. I had a pretty good experience today and will be back 😛😛😛😛😛 thank u boudin !

Sadly, Boudin has really disappointed me. I ordered for delivery, the fries were extremely salty, so I didn’t let my son eat them. I also ordered a French dip sandwich but didn’t receive the dip. Very disappointing for the $85 I spend.

The food was good! The staff were nice! However some of our to go order was missing, toppings on the chili were missing and the dessert we got wasn’t what we ordered. Might give it another shot but today was an off day!

We walked in with the sole purpose to just buy some sour dough bread. We placed our order at the order machine for one loaf of sliced sourdough bread and one round sourdough. We paid for it and took a seat. There were only about 5 other guests present. We sat at our table waiting patiently for at least 20 minutes. Finally we went up to the counter when there was absolutely no one else and asked how much longer it was going to be. The employees behind the counter didn’t have a clue as to what we were talking about. When they finally checked our order, they said, “ Oh, we don’t have the round one.” So we were like ok, were you going to let us know? Then the young man said, “Well can you just pick something off of the display?”
We were in between games at a baseball tournament with a limited amount of break time. It really was such a waste of our time. They could have simply let us know when we placed our order, instead they did nothing. A little communication goes a long way.

I just tried boudin for the first time the other day and i was so impressed!!! Great service, the waiter who took my order was so kind and service was so quick. Made my meal😄!
