Lame. We waited in the front to get seated for 20 minutes or more on a very not busy Saturday, the place wasn’t even full. The bar tender and waiter saw us more than 3 times and never came to sit us to a table. We left . Customer service is trash here, I don’t recommend.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
Ordered drinks that took 30+ mins to get to our table then finally got to order.another 30 for food and about a waited an hour and a half for them to get our tickets that we’re all wrong. It was fight night but nothing crazy at all. Almost unbelievable you would have literally had to have tried to be this slow.
Food was ehh. Lame ahh b dubs overall just terrible service

The one time I ate here was over lunch and it was nearly empty yet I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even greet and seat us. Today I ordered online to be ready by 5:00, showed up at 5:02 and here I’m writing this review at 5:13 still waiting for my food.

If you value your time don’t come here. Completely incompetent people.

Employees take forever to acknowledge you standing at the host podium. Terrible customer service. It’s one of the reasons I stopped dining from BWW. Plenty of employees there and I saw the hostess walking around as I walked in. Whomever the manager was on duty, get your employees in order. Acknowledge someone standing at the front and don’t have them standing around more than 10 minutes. Your dinning areas was not packed inside or outside . Plus the pace at which your servers were moving was very nonchalant.

Showed up Sunday and the place was 10% full. My wife and I sat there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. Finally a lady came by and dropped off a food menu but didn’t take our drink order. Another 10 minutes goes by and nothing. She was standing there having a nice conversation with her manager. To top it off someone walked up to the bar and got served right away. Never stepping foot in that place again.

Friendly staff but that's about it. Purchased a to go order of wings, fries and dip. As someone who has worked in the front and back of house extensively the food was horrible because it was cooked terribly. I stopped going to BWW years ago because of the price. Wings were great back then. These wings were tiny and so overcooked it was like eating shards of glass. The fries were at least an hour old. Ate some in the car. Buffalo dip was tasty though and the chips were fresh.

I usually enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this visit was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated, even though the place was practically empty. When it was finally our turn, the staff made us feel like we were a burden no greeting, no smile, just poor service overall.

To make things worse, one of my wings looked undercooked and unappetizing (photo attached). It was really disappointing, especially coming from a place known for wings. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience definitely deserves attention. Hopefully management takes this as an opportunity to improve both service and food quality.

I went to order takeout at approximately 7:50 this day and the girl who served you told me that someone would serve me and never came. I really wanted to eat there and she never came. I had to leave and she wasn't interested.

Understaffed, inattentive hosts. Waited for a seat for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment after she told me to hold on. Even though there were clearly open clean tables she could have put me in. Where in management? Why is it so understaffed on a football Sunday?

Food is good staff is friendly. The wait time is horrible. Dined in it took an hour just to get drinks in. Take out last week, they forget my sauces and had to wait almost 30 minutes longer than the time I was given. Sent my girlfriend today an she waited 25 minutes longer than time given. And they forgot my fries. Bummer. I normally go twice a week during football season, looks like we will have to find a new spot til they figure it out.
