Ate here last night and had a wonderful time! Our server Lala was amazing and so welcoming. Got all of our food and drinks out super quick, and was so kind and smiley. Food was good wings were yummy, definitely coming back for the amazing service!

This place is terrible. They put me on a waitlist for a table, but then another employee started seating walk-ins while I just sat there for no reason—until I finally spoke up and asked what the waitlist was even for. And when I come for takeout, there’s usually no one at the counter, and the employees on the floor just stand around staring at me until I have to go bother one of them after giving them a a few minutes (I get it, they may be busy).

Two experiences leading to this review because I wanted to give them a second chance but the recent service has been unacceptable.

Took 45 minutes to receive the check from asking. Had to remind the waitress 3 times with each time taking 15 minutes before circling back without a check

Came for lunch service and took 10 minutes just to get seated by host with the restaurant only 1/3 full. Waited at the table for 20 minutes with no server coming to take an order and decided to leave because I had to get back to work.

Watch out they Charge you for items you dont order, and refuse to give you your refund, the manager claims to help you provides you his info and then acts clueless when you call the next day to request the refund hed said he'd give you. Worst Customer service, we had to ask others cleaning to help us instead of our waitress

We've ordered from this location twice about a year or two apart, but won't be doing so again. Both times, this is what the celery looked like--so old and gross that some sticks were actually rotting. If a restaurant can serve simple food that is disgusting like this, then I don't want to eat anything that comes out of their kitchen. Their wings were nothing special either. I ate at BW3 as a teen and young adult, and this chain has really gone down hill. It used to be amazing.
Edit: It's ludicrous that the manager sends a canned response on Google Reviews telling people to do more work and go find some form and fill it out so he can address the team". Guess what? You already have the information you need to fix these issues. Write it on your form if you need to.

I have to be honest here, this isn't my kind of place to begin with, but went here because a friend wanted to see some UFC fights. I've never been to a Buffalo wild wings and I'm vegan/vegetarian so my options are limited at most restaurants including this one. I do like beer though and that is one of the only things I ordered along with fries. The beer menu is disappointing and much smaller than I thought it would be (compare it to a place like Yardhouse and you'll see what I mean). The food is very overpriced. This is a happy hour oriented place and we did not come at happy hour so I'm sure we could have probably seen lower prices on another day. There are basically no deals on the weekend unless you want to show up right before they close. The fries were a small portion even for the large size and at $8 I felt they should have been bottomless. They were not the worst fries I've had but I would not go here again to get them even if they were a lower price. Shoestring like, but some were just overcooked and a small portion. It's sad they don't have the option to sub a burger with an impossible patty which feels like it should be standard at this point. As far as the service goes, the guy we checked in with seemed a little clueless and the waitress checked on us way too much, kept asking if we were going to order more, etc. she did this 5 times in about 20 minutes. Then there is the yelling of sports fans that I just couldn't stand and ended up leaving pretty quickly. Overall it isn't my kind of place but there are some obviously areas they could improve for everyone. Honestly I can see why most buffalo wild wings locations have failed and they are going out of business most likely.

Vegetarian options: Basically nothing, especially for vegans. Fries and tater tots are about it.

Parking: Parking lot is a little weird and you have to either step over some rocks in a little trench (dangerous for elderly people, etc) or walk all the way around.

We took my family to Buffalo Wild Wings for my daughter's birthday, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. There were six of us, and we ordered waters, wings, a salad, and a chicken sandwich.

The wings took a considerable amount of time to arrive. In fact, the salad and chicken sandwich were finished before the wings were even served. The food itself was mediocre at best, nothing special to write about. However, it was the lack of service that really left us feeling dissatisfied.

We sat with empty cups for a long time, despite repeatedly asking for water. When the server finally came to drop off our wings, we mentioned our requests for water and still have not received it. She left, presumably to inform our waitress, but she never returned with the waters. Eventually, our waitress arrived with just three cups of water, even though we had six empty cups. After asking for more, it took another good five minutes without any water, to the point where I was ready to get up and fill the cups myself.

To add to the disappointment, we had mentioned it was our daughter's birthday and the waitress said she would bring a scoop of ice cream for her. Unfortunately, at the end of the meal, she just brought the bill, said happy birthday nonchalantly, and the ice cream never arrived. This was especially disheartening since our daughter specifically requested to come here for her birthday because she had never been before.

Overall, the disappointing service and average food left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Horrible experience tonight with a delivery order. Used the BWW app to order. Was told it would take an hour. No problem. They called me 40 mins in to confirm the sauce selection, which I really appreciated. 70 mins after we ordered, still nothing. Delivery driver said he was still waiting. Got delivered 90 mins after ordering and the order was incomplete. Called the restaurant back, and luckily they answered (called a couple times to check on order time and they don’t answer usually). Guy talked to his manager and they offered to cook the missing food and for us to come pick it up. No refund offered or to have it delivered on them. Do not recommend this location.

So understaffed it was baffling. I asked one of the workers and she said it was “always like this.” Half the tables in the restaurant were open, but multiple parties of people were waiting 20-30 minutes to be sat. Some tables were full of dirty dishes… terribly run restaurant; where is the GM/owner who’s clearly throwing money away?

The place is half empty. Been waiting for a table for 45 minutes. Asked for a soda while I wait. They never brought it.

I remember why I don’t go to BWW anymore.

. I got cheeseburger it’s was horrible . The boneless chicken it was ok

This is the first 1 star review i have ever posted. Recently ordered 20 wings for take out, sauce on the side. The 1 star is because the wings were ready for pickup when i arrived.
When we opened the box at home we found the 20 wings were tiny, overcooked to woodiness, and basically tasteless. The worst wings I have experienced in over 50 years of enjoying wings. Never again. Be warned.

Waited 30mins to pick up 15 wings and still waited another 30 once I got there. Bad location. Avoid this one.
