Really cute cafe. I’m glad I stopped by for a croissant and chai. It was nice to see they serve Turkish coffee and a couple treats. Nice service

Tried this spot on a Saturday before driving down to SD. We got a chai latte and strawberry scone. Both were delicious. I am not big on scones, however, the nice young lady at the counter let me know they are made in house by the owner. No joke, had to be one of the BEST scones I’ve ever eaten. Wow! Ambiance is nice too. A must try cafe in San Marcos.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently attended an event at San Diego VR that was catered by Dusanka, the owner of Miki’s Café — and what an amazing experience! Having the event catered by Miki’s truly elevated it beyond just a typical team-building event. The food was absolutely incredible, and the presentation was just as impressive.

I highly recommend using Miki’s Café catering for your next event if you want to make a lasting impression!

Mika’s Café is my new go-to! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sandwich I had was one of the best I've ever had. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The coffee is excellent, and the pastries are some of the best around. The atmosphere is welcoming — perfect for a relaxing breakfast, a quick lunch, or just hanging out with friends. The staff are super friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend checking out Mika’s Café if you haven’t yet!

Cute little cafe in a busy shopping center. The owner is very sweet and passionate. The chai latte was good and you could tell it wasn’t the classic sugary chai mix that most places use. I’ll be back for lunch as the menu looked great!

I stopped by this spot on a Sunday morning and found the staff to be very friendly. It was fairly busy but I still managed to get a table. The line to order was a bit long, though it moved fairly quickly. I got a latte and an almond croissant, both of which were good. The downside, however, was that the tables weren’t very clean. When guests left, the hostess cleared the plates but didn’t actually wipe down or sanitize the tables, which felt a little unsanitary. Hopefully that’s something they can improve on.

My niece swore up and down that Mika’s Cafe had the best chai tea lattes, and I’ve got to admit she wasn’t lying.

First off, the vibe of the place is really what sold me. The music wasn’t blasting like so many cafes I’ve been to; it was soft, just the right background level. The inside has this kind of noir gallery feel—dark wood tables, black-painted walls, cool art all around. They even have shelves with books, magazines, and fidget toys you can mess with, which is a nice touch. And then there are fresh flowers on every table. It might seem small, but to me, that kind of detail says a lot about the care they put into the place.

The service was top notch. I was even offered to adjust my chai latte however I wanted—more sweetener, more caffeine, whatever. I didn’t need it, but just the fact she asked really stood out. Most places don’t bother with that. And the chai? Amazing. It had this earthy, herby taste that felt way more real than the syrupy stuff you’d get at Starbucks. You could actually tell it was chai tea, not just flavored sugar water.

I didn’t get to try the food this time, but the pastries looked really good, and the rest of the menu caught my eye. Plus, there’s plenty of outlets if you want to bring a laptop or just hang out.

All in all, Mika’s Cafe feels like one of those hidden gems I’ll definitely be coming back to.
