She began to scream at her employees about the mistake while on the phone with me and that's so unprofessional. I came today and they are supposed to open at 6 am. Was 6:30 and stilled closed. She person k charge watched me and never came to open the door. Terrible service.

I have seen the decline of quick restaurants after Covid it just seems no one cares about anything anymore. Went to this chain after my visit I was hungry so I decided to just stop for a quick bite. Went to the drive thru window and I wanted a number 3 combo. Guy didn't understand what I was asking so I had to yell out the order to the mik still didn't understand so I pulled up and he gave me the arrogant dirty look ever. I don't want anyone handling my food in that kind of attitude, also cought a glimpse of the workers throwing food objects around that's a call to the health department there. Sad But as I said seems like no one cares anymore about anything. Decline of not just Carl's Jr but everything this once great town used to be.

Again, going through the drive through with no one behind me, ordering a single burger and a drink. Guy asks me to go park. I refused. Got my burger and drink with no straw or napkins. Manager needs to do their job and improve the customer experience!
