Everytime I go it is so under portioned and the associates are so pushy and rude. Food is always buns.

4 times in a row no veggies. I used to be a regular here but I'm changing locations or going somewhere else. I love the veggies and they help bring my meal together. I'm sick of wasting time checking to see if they have veggies in the bin but by the time I get to the front of the line they are out. I've done food management at restaurants. Order more veggies. There is a demand.

One of my favorite places to eat, as long as they have the special Chipotle vinaigrette to put on the top of the Chipotle bowl. That totally makes it! You can create your own bowl with rice, corn, lettuce, pinto beans, pico de gallo, chicken or steak, vegetables, cheese, and sour cream. They will definitely fill you up. In fact, you may want to share.

Yo this $20 burrito better be good the hipster guy that made it had the worst attitude counter was vary messy because of how he plopped ingredients all over he must hate his job vary rude ... the gentleman at the register was pleasant when he asked if I wanted a drink Beer please hipsters chimes in from left field we don't have beer well it's on the menu whatever maybe he was having a bad day and sorry to all the chill hipsters out there I didn't catch anyone's name

Worst experience ever at this restaurant. Stopped by to get my wife a burrito at 8pm. Of course there's a line. They eventually get to me and they are out of several options. I asked for more steak since they were out of the veggies. No go. Ended up getting the smallest burrito I've ever received from there. Asked for the manager and he was the manager. He could care less so won't be going there anymore. No wonder they are struggling finically.

We love Chipotle, but this san Marcos location was poorly staffed and you could see on their faces, they were not happy about it. Food still great, though.

I’m loyal to chipotle through the thick and thin and never leave reviews but had to on this order. Not even close to a double portion and attitude when I asked to make sure it was a double. Wrapped the burrito and more chicken fell out. I don’t leave reviews ever and give chipotle and employees the benefit of the doubt all the time. Avoid this place.

I came here and I’m throughly disappointed with my food. For starters there was not just one but two long strands of dark brown hair in my food (I have blonde hair). To make it worse the rice wasn’t cooked all the way and had multiple uncooked graines. I think the employees at this store are overworked because every time I come in they look exhausted and are always in a rush.

Went in on a Friday at 7. Out of guacamole, peppers, fruity drink, corn and kids chips. Ordered a kids meal for my son and they said they had no chips. When I said there are chips right behind you, they refused to give a large chips or break the bag into smaller ones. I canceled my bowl and just took the kids meal. If my son was older, I would have just walked out. Manager was dismissive when I asked about chips. Went to their website to give direct feedback and you need a code? Pass on this location and just go to cava next door.
