What kind of chipotle runs out of steak and guacamole at dinner time when it closes at 11pm? Just make some more. Simply unbelievable. Wife is very upset, because she’s pregnant and she wanted steak and rice, but chipotle failed to deliver.

Can't use the app to order. I know that's not just for this location specifically. But its suspicious that my points expire within 25 days. I can use them to make them not expire but like I said before they won't allow me to use them..
However, the last time I went they made my burrito completely wrong.
Looked like a couple kids working there that didnt care about the job. Probably bad management.
Used to be good, but not anymore.

The last two times at this store were not a good experience. Both times they were out of key ingredients. The service at this location is terrible. The employees are rude and short with the customers. The store is dirty and a mess in the dining area every time I go in. Won't be going back to this location even though it’s the most convenient for me.

Place is always a mess. The workers are not polite. The portions suck. The food is poorly made. Even though this location is 3 min from our house we drive to the Escondido one. Recommend you do the same.

I used to love chipotle and be able to count on them for a hearty meal.
I ordered over the phone with a robot which was pretty frustrating.

2 vegetarian burritos

Didn’t know I have to ask for veggies, salsa, cheese, and guacamole

Portion was 1/4 of what they used to be.

Tortillas tasted doughy/ undercooked

I really want my money back seriously

When my friendcwent to pick them up
, they wouldn’t give her salsa , or point her where to get, no napkins.. didn’t realize we had to ask

I went in for Chipotle’s 2 for 1 promo and got slapped with 2.15 ounces of meat. Not a guess. I weighed it myself when I got home (see photo). That’s barely enough for a toddler, let alone a full grown adult.

The woman serving me had an attitude from the jump. She rolled her eyes while I was ordering, didn’t even let me finish, and just threw lettuce on top like she was trying to rush me out. They just rung me up like that was supposed to be okay.

I didn’t even bother claiming the second bowl. I’d rather go hungry than support service like that.

If this is how Chipotle handles promotions, I’d hate to see what they think is full price value. Ridiculous.

Every time I come there’s an issue. The first two times they were out of essential items such as: Cheese, lettuce, chicken. The second time they were out of beans.

Today they barely wrapped my burrito and every one except the cashier had a terrible attitude

Bland food and expensive prices is what you get at Chipotle these days, but this location is especially bad. Experience here was loud, echoey and uninviting. I wanted veggies in my burrito and noticed they were running very low, not even enough for my burrito and what they had was dry and old. I asked if they could make more and the guy said it would be 20 minutes implying he didn't want to make them because it does not take 20 minutes, just insulting to my intelligence. They were not even busy. This was during dinner time, not late in the night right before closing or something. I also watched the guy put the most carefully small portion of guac in when we are paying so much extra already for it. Overall don't support Chipotle/McDonald's and go somewhere else. To the person replying, I have already contacted and I've done the survey, I suggest you read it.

This place is out of everything at night, like the people working are cleaning by 930 when they close at 11 saying there no more protein because they really don't want to reclean the grill, it's a joke it's not like they are getting payed not doing it for free.

Second time I have placed an online order and the order was missing items. It is very inconvenient having to drive back and forth because the staff does not check the order they are fulfilling. Not only that but there was a wait for picking up the online order when there were no customers in the restaurant. How hard is it to get a scoop of guacamole! Like dude come on…I love guac, this was the final straw which is why I am leaving this review, very disappointed.

Place was dirty, staff looked loss, all food trash were dirty and empty, long wait, my food was either burn, rice was hard, unfortunately I was very disappointed. It’s not that hard to do it the right way.. I was looking forward to a good dinner and i regret it..

We placed an online order and it was a horrible experience. We ordered 5 burritos. All 5 had at least 1 missing ingredient. My wife ordered the veggie burrito and it did not have guacamole on it. She also could only eat half the burrito because half way through it tasted like she was eating straight salt. One of my son's burritos was so small it fit in the palm of his hand. We placed the order with a certain pick up time and I arrived 4 minutes early and the burritos were already made and had clearly been made when we ordered and not when we said we would pick up. I live 5 minutes from the location and all 5 burritos were cold, not even slightly warm. Terrible experience and we will never give our business to this store again
