Nice family run store. We stop here on our way to see family. My son loves the ice cream cakes and the way they pay attention to him when he comes to get the cake. Owner is very nice and takes care off the customers

Amazing Family-Run Ice Cream Spot!

I visited this Cold Stone location with my son on April 12, 2024, and we had an absolutely delightful experience. It’s a family-run business, and the warmth and friendliness of the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The ice cream was deliciously fresh, with a wide variety of flavors and mix-ins that made it hard to choose! After enjoying our ice creams, we couldn’t resist purchasing some of their yummy chocolates as well—they were just as delightful!

It’s clear that the owners care about their customers, and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere made our visit even more special. If you’re looking for great ice cream and exceptional service, this Cold Stone is a must-visit!

I’ve been going to this place for years and today has sadden me to see it hasn’t been up to what it has been in the past years. As we got our ice creams nothing was cleaned in between on when they made the ice cream. The toppings area was overly crowded with many things on the stone as this is unsanitary especially with people with allergies. Sad to say that when my daughter was eating her ice cream she had came across a cockroach in her ice cream and we had to throw them away. I have no explanation for this but for cold stone creamery being of good quality unfortunately the sanitation isn’t. I hope there is a turn around in this place and upon seeing the comments I hope the do see this and make changes

Instead of taking accountability the owner decides to report my comment. Upon instead of looking into the matter or reaching out more business like the owner goes on defense I understand it's a business but take accountability instead of offense to the honest truth. But not amazed that this is the same reaction from the owner to any other non good review. And due to validation of me being in there I paid $36 dollars in cash no receipt which I should of said yes when he asked me but I know I had to pay $35 with change for 2 waffle bowls that the guy making the ice cream even remarked to my daughters oh that is very colorful ice cream due to the topics and sprinkle on the chocolate covered waffle bowl, the other was another chocolate covered waffle bowl with vanilla ice cream and toppings and I had ordered a I love it founder's favorite without walnuts which this happened before 2:45 pm on Wednesday September 4, 2024.

I found a ready-made ice cream cake with a toy, and we loved it, so we bought it. It was beautifully decorated and very delicious, totally worth the price. The shop owner's attention was wonderful.

I have been there several times with my family and I feel totally discriminated against, they are racist and offer a terrible service. I will not go back even for free.

I walked in before 7 on a Saturday expecting a little wait. But they were not busy at all. The lobby was completely empty. I figured I would wait patiently, but no worker ever came out. I looked around for a bell or something to notify that someone is waiting. After close to 5 minutes, I walked out.

This Cold Stone is always consistent and delivers. The owners and staff are friendly and very patient with myself (I'm kind of picky when it come to my ice cream) and wife. Looking forward to bringing my boys here as it is always a nice, sweet treat!

I would not recommend ordering a cake from this place.We ordered an ice cream cake for a gender reveal. The cake was not there when we came to pick it up.We had to wait while they made one and they gave it to us before it set in the freezer so the icing was melting off it.
