First time here after I kept seeing it on FB as a must go to. I’d probably go back. The flan was 5/5 alone! I really liked that. The chicken was fresh, moist and good. 4/5. Price is reasonable. 5/5. Beans were good. Salsa idk wasn’t a big fan. The rice was the disappointment from the entire purchase. 2/5 based on the amount you get and the visual but no flavor. Tortillas were good too not sure if handmade but 3 per pack is a good amount and size.The service 10/5, the girl at the register is bilingual and very nice. She’s also patient while I was trying to figure out what I was going to order.

Sorry Compadres, but treating customers poorly is no way to run a business.Ripping customers off by charging increased prices for use of a credit card is dishonest and not allowed. Nowhere in your premises is the customer notified that credit card prices are different than cash.And when confronted about this, did you make it right? Nope, quickly processed a refund before order made so you could keep on ripping people off.El Pollo Loco and Chef Merito better a yways.

Que Barbaro este lugar esta cada dia peor,El arroz sabia mas a ajo que arroz,los frijoles fritos son de lata;El Pollo todo recalentado hecho de un dia antes.Como on what's going on with this place is getting worst and worst the rice tasted more like garlic than rice the refried beans are not fresh I'm 100% they use refried beans from the can and the chicken not fresh at all they just reheated....very disappointed with this place.

I've been going here for years because it's close to home. They have really good chicken. However, they are almost always super busy to the point where they don't answer their phone. They are busy because their food is good but it takes away from their service. They mess up my order sometimes but it's that good that I keep going back. You can dine in or order out. It can get pretty noisy inside.

Yesterday was my first time there, I let the lady at the counter know this, and she replied "te va a encantar" (you're going to love it). I asked a different employee, who took my order, if I could get a chicken breast in a three piece combo plate and he said yes. I received my order but I had only received half a breast, a leg, and a wing. I went up to the lady that greeted me and explained that I was expecting to receive three WHOLE pieces, not 2.5 pieces. She explained that they cut the chicken in eight pieces but that didn't make any sense; two wings, two breasts, two thighs, two legs. That's eight pieces!I'll never go there again with that kind of business model.The tortillas were very good, beans good, rice was cold but good, and the salad was fine.Parking: Plenty
