They gave out cold fries, I came back when I could which was 30 minutes later and I was hassled for that. The so-called manager there was absolutely terrible and argument me down as he gave me a refund. This is a fast food establishment hot fries should be given. The only reason why I put two stars instead of one is because I got two crispy tacos, which were good. Those were only fresh because they told me to go out and park in the front and wait an extended time for the tacos.

Normally a good location. My experience today was not great. The guy running the drive thru sounded like he was bored out of his mind, and was a bit rude. Also filled my medium soda 90% full of ice, and the tacos (While plenty of meat), weren't the warmest. Fries were good.

The older woman at the counter was very rude to me. The restaurant was empty and no one came to the counter for a while. I ordered a fiesta pack and she replied with " we don't have those anymore". I pointed at the sign right above her, she then sighed and rudely took my order then disappeared to the back. Then when my food was ready she threw it to the counter without saying anything. I know working isn't always fun but that was not the way to treat paying customers.

Great location (IMO). I've never had an issue at this location! I've been stopping here for a year now and I'm very surprised that I have yet to have an issue with anything at this location. So here's all the stars!

I’m so sad Del Taco is one of my favorite restaurants. I ordered something so easy a bean and cheese burrito with extra red sauce. It tasted like crap there was no extra red sauce actually there was no red sauce at all , so it had no flavor, just cold beans. It seemed like everything I asked for they did the opposite. They didn’t put red sauce on it when I asked for extra sauce. The french fries were so cold and hard . They seem like they were yesterday‘s french fries. I asked for an iced tea and lemonade together an Arnold Palmer, it was just ice tea ,when they said they could make it and there was no ice. So I spent $11 on something I pretty much threw away. In this age when everything cost so much money that made me so upset. I was going to make this my routine go to church go to Del Taco have a burrito but I guess I’m gonna have to find a new routine. The owner of this restaurant should have shoppers that drive-through and order things to see whether people get what they really want.

Went last night and was very disappointed. As we was picking up food we were told, "Oh by the way we are out of guacamole." which was suppose to be on almost everything we had ordered. When asked, why didn't you tell us that when we ordered? Only response was, no avocados! No apology or sorry, just a take it or leave it attitude. Food was not prepared well, appeared to be thrown together, very unappetizing. Very disappoint, won't be back.
