Ding Tea San Marcos

I LOVE ding tea san marcos. My usual order is the green milk tea with taro mash. Order is perfect each time.

I’ve always enjoyed getting boba from Ding Tea, but my recent experience was far from satisfactory. I placed an order for two drinks through the DoorDash app, and after receiving a text that my order was ready, I went inside to pick it up. However, I was told my drinks weren’t ready yet, which was frustrating as I had already received notification that they were.

Once the drinks were finally ready, I was handed only one and had to ask for the second one—something that should not have been overlooked. To make matters worse, when I received my Vietnamese iced coffee, it was only filled halfway. When I asked if they could fill it up, I was told that’s just how they make it, which was very disappointing. On top of that, I was given the wrong size for my drinks.

In summary:
- I was notified my order was ready when it wasn’t.
- One of the drinks was forgotten and had to be asked for.
- The Vietnamese iced coffee was filled only halfway.
- The drinks were given to me in the wrong size.

This was a really disappointing experience, and I hope these issues can be addressed to improve service in the future.

This place is so good. I wouldn't necessarily hang to work or study, but the drinks are the best. My favorite is the monster boba latte. It's an iced latte worth boba, then they drizzle brown sugar molasses down the sides. The windows are a bummer, you can hardly see out of them, but I'm a window cleaner so i notice these things.

Not very welcoming. They are limited stock with their supplies. Literally I tried ordering a couple of alternative for my drink and one by one they did not have it.If you are particular with your drink i suggest go somewhere else saves you time and gas. Don’t settle for whatever options they just have left. This is not the first time they keep running of supplies and add-ons for the drinks. I tried giving it a chance sorry it just wasn’t it for me ?

Dairy free powdered milk and "real boba."
Your Boba should be brown, not black.
Definitely recommend the Taro Boba. It's become one of my favorites,
and Taro was on special the month of October!

The guys wanted to make my tea fast and left it tasting like water

I mean who doesn't love ding tea? It's so good! Parking is tricky, but this place is great. Last visit my peach black tea was delicious but the cup was super sticky, so would've been better if they'd wiped that down prior to handing it to me. Fast service. Friendly team
