This place is so good. I wouldn't necessarily hang to work or study, but the drinks are the best. My favorite is the monster boba latte. It's an iced latte worth boba, then they drizzle brown sugar molasses down the sides. The windows are a bummer, you can hardly see out of them, but I'm a window cleaner so i notice these things.

Dairy free powdered milk and "real boba."
Your Boba should be brown, not black.
Definitely recommend the Taro Boba. It's become one of my favorites,
and Taro was on special the month of October!

I mean who doesn't love ding tea? It's so good! Parking is tricky, but this place is great. Last visit my peach black tea was delicious but the cup was super sticky, so would've been better if they'd wiped that down prior to handing it to me. Fast service. Friendly team
