Driana Catering/Taste of Spain

Driana Catering exceeded all expectations for our parents' 50th anniversary party. We had about 50 guests and ordered two paellas and three tapas (the bechamel balls and potatoes were outstanding). Everyone loved the food! We had so many compliments.

Adriana was incredibly communicative and answered all of our questions which were many since we had never put on a party of this size. Adriana and Oscar came to our venue prior to the party to coordinate how everything would work the day of and made us feel incredibly comfortable and confident that things would run smoothly.

We also had three servers, who manned our beer/wine bar and passed out tapas. They were incredible. Super kind and thoughtful. Their professionalism helped our party run perfectly. Little things like calling our attention to the water dispenser being low or seeing us start putting wine bottles on the table and immediately helping without us having to ask.

I'm really grateful we found Driana Catering because as first time hosts for a party this size, we really benefited from that professional eye that comes from years of experience.

The quality of food and professionalism of the staff were both above and beyond. We would definitely go with Driana Catering again!

Chefs Adriana and Oscar are well known for their award winning paella in my circle of family and friends. They also have become good friends. They are wonderful and fun people who love family gatherings. And who loves gatherings more the traditional families from Spain, Italy, Mexico and the Philippines? They come prepared to have papas (appetizers) freshly made when guests are walking in. That alone is everything! There’s nothing better than freshly made appetizers ready when you arrive at the party! The potatoes were so soft and tasty! Everyone thought the shrimp was an entree, but were told that was just appetizer! Guests were very impressed! The cheese stuffed peppers over Italian bread was disappearing in front of our eyes! A fine way to balance out the hot appetizers to the most finicky guests! While the guest are immediately entertained, the paella is now being cooked to perfection! The guests were already satisfied when they arrived. Then the inevitable happens…in about a hour, the paella is cooked and ready to be served! Tequila shots are making their rounds to start the party and blessings prior to serving. We elected to have both the seafood paella and also the chicken and chorizo paellas. Wow!! They were so good! It was hot and plentiful! Guests were already having second servings!
Chefs Adriana and Oscar bring fun and happiness to parties they cater. I already had them cater for us twice! I had 75 and 60 guests each occasion. For the serious guests who have high standards with what they eat, I’m sure their compliments will be very satisfactory. Your guests will be impressed and happy they attended your party.

Just went to a luncheon these chefs catered and it was phenomenal, and off the charts delicious! Great Job!

Adriana was very communicative, the food was amazing, the setup was quick and easy and everyone complemented on how delicious the Paella and appetizers were. A great success for our wedding celebration, I highly recommend them!

Adriana’s exceptional work for my mother’s funeral lunch meant the world to us. It felt as if a beloved family member was there, cooking with care and love. The experience couldn’t have been better—the paella was outstanding, and the croquettes were absolutely divine. We can't say enough about how wonderful Adriana & Oscar were. They made our family reunion even more special. The food..amazing. The chefs..amazing & super accommodating with dietary restrictions.
