We were trying to find the "real" Spanish paella experience to remember our recent trip and doing El Camino, and for sure we got it. More than "real" we got the "royal" treatment. Adriana prepare the rice with the real ingredients and taste of Valencia, the birth place of paella. And we got a whole package with Flamenco music and dance included. And what about the tapas? They don't only have the typical croquetas, patatas bravas, or tortilla española...they exceeded the most selected chefs with their own version of piquillo peppers, escalivada o pisto. And they have vegan and gluten free options too. ¡Qué más se puede pedir! We are already planning our next party Thank you and ¡Olé tú!

Adriana is an excellent chef. I have had her paella it is very true and authentic paella. Her products are amazing. It makes cooking tastier and quicker by using her inventive mojos. The oils she sells are of excellent quality as well. Her gazpacho is the best.

Driana foods has catered several events for me which were all a huge hit. Her food is amazing and is only topped by her level of service!!!! My friends all look forward to my events now as they will all be catered by Driana Foods. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Tasty authentic Spanish food made with love and interesting stories. You will not just get a Paella or tapas but dive into the history of Spanish food and Adriana’s family. If Chef Adriana is in the mood she could also burst into Flamenco dance. Ole!

Adriana is the best! She taught a group of my friends and I how to make paella and tapas. She shared her family traditions and secrets to making the dishes. All the food was delicious and her mojos are to die for! They are perfect for those busy nights when you don’t have a lot of time to fix dinner.
