We ordered A large order and they again didn't package the food correctly and all the sauce fell out in bag spilling out in my car and home. Can someone please make this right? This is the second time you do this and it's not appreciated and it's an inconvenience. Thank you

My family and I were very disappointed with our meal. We ordered two epic fries and received probably two handfuls worth and probably 4 pieces of chicken on each fry. Definitely not worth our money and time. I never take the time to review but this was just disappointing. Definitely will not be visiting Epic Wings in San Marcos again.
I went to Epic Wings with my girlfriend the other day and the dude at the front with the septum piercing.. I think Germon? Was very helpful with bringing us all of our sauces and was super out going! Overall id give the place a 9/10

I order today and I was charged above what it was showing in the menu, the chaos was noticeable, floor and tables were not cleaned, I came back and asked for my Togo order by my name (Ryan)and received something and left.
At home, the order was completely wrong for items and value, so I called, she put me on hold for 15 minutes, when finally she picked up and I was explaining the item was wrong, she said "you asked for Nicole and I gave you that" and hanged up.
Actually she gave me Zion instead of Ryan.

After years of visiting this branch, I can say I’ve noticed a considerable decline in all aspects of the branch. The food has gone down in quality, chicken is often dry and under-sauced
so are the fries with are my wife’s favorite item to eat here for years. My wife and I have been coming here since we started dating and often order the same items and it’s definitely worse. I don’t know if it’s the college student employees but the service is usually delayed and/or unprofessional. The atmosphere is worse with dirty tables and no music. Disappointed to say the least

I really hate giving these kinds of reviews, but it happens. I hope management or anyone in the owners group can see this not to get anyone in trouble but to help provide better service.
On 10/9/2024, I walked in at 9:10 p.m. , and they closed at 10 p.m. . I took a picture of 9:15 pm, which was when I stepped out .
I showed up after work with my wife wanting to purchase some wings . I asked for the smallest family pack, and I was told that they don't make the family packs this late . The young man at the counter also said that all orders at this time were only to go .
I worked and work with restaurants as vendor. I am sure that the owners and investors would not agree with this type of service. Employees get paid from us spending our money here . I am not from the area, so I was so let down that I could not try and experience the food here and be able to share it with you .

Ordered take out and the service was fine, the main problem was with the food. The wings had very little sauce, only a small pool on the bottom, and the sauce itself (medium buffalo) was flavorless and bland.

Waitress brought me bone in wings, one order to eat in one to go. I told her I ordered boneless. She looked at ticket and said that’s what’s on the ticket. I said I will eat my order and please remake the to go order. She reached over grabbed my plate and said we have to return entire order. Very rude to grab my plate and start to take it away. I asked for manager and she said was none, so she went to ask the cook. Cook said I could not get my Togo order without turning back the bone in order in front of me. I left leaving my food and will never return. I guess it’s not about making a customer happy at all. If that was my store I would retrain the staff and put a manager on duty to intercede and be able to easily resolve issues rather than run customers away. Very costly over the life of a once loyal patron. ( a week later) went by there and left message for manager to call to discuss. No return call. Looks like poor leadership is producing poor service.
