Eugenio’s is always consistent and food is delicious! Some of my favorite Italian food in all of San Diego. I had my birthday dinner here and they did not disappoint. Really quality restaurant.

Elevated local eatery. Make a reservation, or you may not get seated. It's a small, vibrant vibe. The service is outstanding as is the food. The portions are large. We split an entree, and took a doggy bag home. 10/10 will be back 😊

Our family group had a get together at Eugenio Italian Ristorante this past weekend and it was truly a treat! Eugenio is a hidden gem in San Marcos. I have traveled the world and eaten in countless fine dining establishments. Eugenio's food stands up to the best of them!! Their service is great and the variety of beautifully prepared dishes for varied tastes is impressive, including for those who have gluten tolerance issues. I would highly recommend Eugenio's Ristorante, truly a worthwhile place for excellent food and atmosphere!!

The staff was so ready to ensure a pleasant evening by being attentive and friendly . They have daily specials . I haven’t had ratatouille this good in forever . Perfectly executed . Each of their dishes pairs well with their wine selection. AND don’t forget the free hot bread . The menu said it has a daily cheesecake that sounded amazing but we were too full. We will definitely be back. I recommend making reservations. Two thumbs up in Z formation !!!!!!!

We are from back east and spent a decade in LA, we have dined at some of the most esteemed Italian Restaurants in both cities as well as downtown SD and in Italy numerous times. Eugenios competes with the best of them. IMO the best Italian food in San Diego county.

We had a bit of a wait but it was worth it, this place was wonderful! The lighting was very nice and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. The food was delicious and had a very nice service (along with a funny waiter!) Would eat here again! Every customer I saw walked out with a smile.

This place was amazing! I was really craving good and authentic Italian food and they met all of my expectations! Service was amazing as everyone was kind and offered great suggestions for drinks. Beautiful restaurant as well:) Highly suggest the tiramisu dessert!

If you're a creme brulee fan, this place is a MUST! Wow, too die for.

This is a great little find of a restaurant in San Marcos! My second visit… from the LA area and visiting for university family weekend. The food is delicious and obviously homemade pasta with fresh ingredients. Tried the Lobster Tortellini, Pappardelle with Short Ribs, Bruschetta and Minestrone soup! All four dishes were unique with unexpected ingredients and prepared perfectly! The decor is authentic and cozy Italian… feels like you walk in from a typical strip mall parking lot… right into a tiny Italian kitchen with homemade dishes… would highly recommend for both the food and service! 4.5 stars
