I ordered online, drove to the store for pick up, but the door was locked and no one was there. I tried to call and the number no longer works. I never got my order, but they kept what they charged me. No refund. Shady establishment.

I went to the store and the door was locked I had an order to pick up I called the number for the store and the owner answered … I said no one was there and an order had been placed and paid for and no one was there The owner was the most self absorbed person ever Instead of apologizing that no employee was there I said this order has been placed the customer and the driver were out and she had the audacity to say well she wasn’t making any money from the store because the employee didn’t show up That attitude tells all of the owners thoughts No concern for the customer

It was my first time here, I asked for a recommendation for a dowl to bring home for my Mom. The two girls who where working were really helpful. The bowl was delicious, plenty of toppings to choose from. I'll be back, 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I pulled up right at 7pm when they were closing tonight. The nice young man was surely ready to go home, but he was kind and took my order. Plus, my bowl was delicious!

Blue Tropical is the worst drink ever. It was meant for my son and the staff would not help correct it. It tastes like bad water. And the staff mentioned that it tastes that way intentionally. Horrible staff service. I have never given a one star review. Well deserved. Update: I just found an eye lash hair on my bowl. I am so mad with this place.

I think this one particular employee hates her job because the whole interaction I had with her was not it. I was very polite when I was asking questions that she seemed to have no interest in answering. I think if you hate your job that much you need to find a different one. Or maybe she was having a bad day? Either way that needs to be separate from work especially in customer service.

I’ve ordered or attempted to order delivery from Everbowl in San Marcos three times. The first time I ordered through DoorDash and my order was canceled shortly before closing time. DoorDash stated that two different drivers were sent to the establishment and the business was closed. This was after receiving a confirmation from the establishment that my order was received. The second time I ordered through DoorDash and delivery was as expected. The third time, tonight, I placed an order at 7:10 PM for three bowls to be delivered. I received confirmation the establishment had received my order. Three different DoorDash drivers went to the establishment and it was closed. Their operating hours state they are open until 8 PM. I called the establishment several times over a period of 45 minutes, which was still before their 8 PM closing time and nobody answered. I then received a cancellation of my order from DoorDash stating the store was already closed for the night. What a complete disappointment and let down. Management needs to know that whomever is responsible for closing is doing it at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to their stated closing time of 8 PM. I guess it’s time to find another place. What a waste of time.

I never understood managements' decision to hire children or adults who act like children who don't want to work and expect more money plus ask for tip.
Blows my mind.

Girl sitting on her a** on her phone not doing a darn thing and rushing me like she got things to do.
Cutting the prompt as I was placing my phone number, but gave me no chance.

But I don't blame her.
I blame management.
You need some better judgement...
