I’ve been here multiple times and have never had an issue but i’m really sad about the service i received the last time. I simply ordered a burger with lettuce, tomato, and onions but when we got it, it had pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Usually I would just take the pickles off and still eat it but I have a mild mustard allergy so I just let them know and asked if they could remake it. Being the only few people in the store I didn’t think it would be a big deal but sadly got a lot of attitude from the employees, hearing them make comments like “why even eat here then” and “they have a mustard allergy, apparently”.

The burger was prepared the way I ordered it. The reason for the mid stars is because the restrooms looked like a gas station restroom. Almost like whomever was assigned this day said nope. Makes me wonder how are the workers effectively washing their hands after usage in that disaster. Please do better.

Really want to like Five Guys but the prices and messy presentation are what makes this place as bad as it is. I can't believe a burger is easily $15 here and fries are about $7. The fries are very greasy to the point where I don't want to order them, especially for the price and fact they just throw them in the bag and they always get the bag greasy and I have to fish them out of the bag. The burgers are greasy as well but I've seen worse, the buns are very average and the burgers themselves are very expensive (compare to Shake Shack and In-In-Out). On this last visit I ordered pick up with DoorDash and there was some confusion there, staff thought it had to be sealed thinking it was for a customer but it was for me, they went to look for a sticker and when they got back I had to explain it was for me. Then my order was wrong and I received the wrong amount of patties. Overall I won't be returning here as there are plenty of better options even in the area.

$7.29 for a CUP of soggy fries!!? And that was the first indication things were not going well. +$11 for a chewey bacon cheeseburger, where the bacon was AWFUL,
Parking: There are no LEGAL disabled parking spaces with a landing zone allowing you to FULLY open your door to access vehicle!

Been a year since last visiting Five Guys Burger. Always willing to support our local eateries. Staff friendly, food is good but a bacon burger was a bit small for a $13.00 burger. Regular order of fries was almost $8… what?? With drink, total was a whopping $25. I’ll be returning but for $25 burger meal, it will likely be less often.

I went there to try their burger the place is nice and clean good atmosphere I sat outside one issue that I had they do not fix the burger the way you like it meaning if you want it medium rare that's not going to happen and they use the word of it's a health department issue maybe so but I go to many places and they are with good reputation they make the burger my way which is medium rare but nevertheless I went ahead and ordered it one french fries one drink and another cheeseburger for a friend of mine the total was close to $40 so I really expected to say wow unfortunately it was just a cheeseburger so what I do this again most likely not and honestly just because I could not have the burger my way also I think the burger is small and the button is also as small as the width of the burger but hey they gave it all they could they did a super job but would I pay $40 again for the same probably not don't take it personal thanks anyway
