Super dirty the wall have finger prints all over the tables are dirty the floor is gross and the candy was stale there were no condiments available gross clean up there was flys inside too I would give it a zero honestly the yogurt machines were dripping nasty

The last 2 times we were in this store have been so disappointing. Once it was just dirty. Yogurt left on dispensers. Complained and received for a free Froyo. Last week there were 5 choices out of 12. Two were almost the same: strawberry & strawberry/banana. NO tart flavors. I asked cashier, who was on his phone, for managers name and #. He wasn’t sure of his boss’s name nor his #. When asked why only 5 flavors, he answered he had to clean the machines next day. So???? I am in favor of hiring youth, but they are not customer oriented. We will not go back. Very disappointed in our local Froyo.

The bestttt frozen yogurt in north county in my opinion. They have the BEST flavors, my favorite are the Blueberry, Pistashio , & Pomegranate the non fat versions, so creamy. My kids love the cookies & cream. They are out alot & one time i walked in & it was super unkept, made me a little sad but i know it happens. Also LOVE mochi , but they are out alot 😭 But i love this place worth the money .

First visit and was a great experience in terms of flavor, toppings, and enough seatings but they could put more on the outside.
Topping options were a lot! My fave was mochi, coconut flakes, granola. My kids loved the brownies and the fudge. Wow, not many froyo has a bunch of toppings to choose to. Forgot to snap pics.

I surprised mom with a frozen yogurt stop on a very hot day. There were several options and she absolutely loved the salted caramel flavor. She could not stop talking about it with every spoonful of joy. I didn’t add any toppings. We only wanted the yogurt, but there was a round table full of more toppings than I could dream up. Perfect place to take kids on a hot day. The guy behind the counter was pleasant and chatted a few minutes with me before I was off and running. This is the second time I’ve been to this shop and both times it was a great experience.
Parking: This was in a large shopping center so tons of parking all around, plus other stores and eateries to check out.
Kid-friendliness: Perfect place to take kids on a hot day. Maybe even the team after a win.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space to maneuver a moon landing machine, do a wheelchair will have no issues.

Sadly I have to agree with the latest reviews. I used to take my kids here weekly, and since I’ve gotten older, we don’t come as much. I just popped in there for some yogurt. All the machines are dirty and not working. A lot of the toppings were not available and the handles were sticky. I’m not sure if this place got bought out by somebody else who doesnt maintain it but it is definitely not cared for like it used to be. Although the yogurt was still good, they definitely need to do some updates. Washing the windows and the floors would be a good start.

I was so bummed to see how downhill this place has gone. The worker was on their phone when the place was visibly quite dirty. Dirty counters, really dirty windows, all the fruit toppings needed refilling… this was the second time I’ve noticed this in the past couple of months.
