Shout out to Cashier Raul! Super helpful and friendly, he went over my order slowly (I had a large order with special requests as well), he was so enthusiastic and made it his goal to ensure our order was correct. As a manager (myself) in the customer service industry, it’s refreshing to see employees at places we frequent who stand out in such positive ways. All the staff at In N Out are great, but Raul definitely stands out. Thank you, Raul!

It’s funny how you can have hundreds of great experiences, but it’s usually the one small hiccup that makes people want to write a review. I’m writing this because this place is consistently great.
They’re 99% accurate every time—food is always delicious and exactly the same as expected. The one time I think I got an onion on my burger when I didn’t ask for it… no big deal at all. Everything else has always been on point.
The staff is wonderful, the food is hot and fresh, the fries are crispy, and the chopped chilies are delicious. Absolutely no real complaints here—this place is great and continues to deliver every time

I really love In-N-Out — it’s my favorite burger place because the food is always fresh, simple, and delicious. The only issue I’ve had is that my order seems to get mixed up almost every time I visit this location.
Most recently, I ordered a 4 meat protein style with raw and grilled onions, mustard fried, and another burger made the same way but with 2 patties instead of 4. Unfortunately, it came out as a 2 meat and single meat instead. The team was kind and fixed it right away, but it does seem to happen often.
I truly appreciate the friendly service and great food, but I’m hoping there’s a way to double-check custom orders like this so everything comes out right the first time.

I was very devastated to find out there was a hair in my burger after I had already eaten half of it. I have never had any issues within In-N-Out, but today was awful customer service. Went up to the cashier, showed hair that was in my burger but it seemed very normal to her due to the fact that she said what about it? What can I do for you? Please make sure to check your food before you eat it , if you come to this in n out.
