I had my sugar drop and needed to eat something as soon as possible. I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by the most welcome voice to take my order. Friendly. Clear. And fast. I was able to reach the window and receive my order in no time at all. That’s what I call service.

Marianna is so kind. Its very nice to have a person like this working at a place I frequent. Let me be clear, everyone else is really kind also, but I've had the pleasure of working with Marianna more than once and each time she's just very polite. Very courteous. Very kind. Never a single ounce of negativity. Just someone that you appreciate. The food is always good, warm, fresh etc... But let's face it, with fast food restaurants one of the single more important things is the quality of the personnel. Thank you Jack in the Box! Thank you, Marianna.

Inside the store is basically empty...they don't seem to want you to stay and eat. But at least they don't have computers for you to order on your own - they will still take your order at the counter.

This jack and the box has messed up our order 2 times already and would like to get refunded for the items missing that weren’t in our bag. Only got 8 tacos instead of 10.

They got my order wrong. I noticed when I got home they forgot the cheese on the burger. I called to get a partial refund but they would not do it. Reached out to corporate and provided all the details, but corporate has failed to correct the error. Its been almost a month. Poor customer relations over a few dollars.
