I ordered through Doordash and I waited over an hour for my order to arrive. No condiments. No napkins. I've ordered from this location before (in person and online), and ran into the same issue. The wait time for a little bit of food, is horrendous. Food didn't taste fresh. If I order Jack again, it won't be from this location. Highly disappointed.

Waited 20 minutes for my food, with only two people ahead of me, for them to forget my Coke and then had to get back in line and wait another 10 minutes to get a drink they forgot. No apologies just waiting 30 min for 1 meal and a forgotten coke lol food was alright but it's jack in the box so what can you expect.

My Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich just was not the same.. It has been almost a year returning to Jack in the Box, because of moving out of state. I was eating it on the road and it was dark. It may have been missing the cheese. Nothing wrong, just didn't taste the same.

Denying restroom access to customers with disabilities is not just toxic and pointless, but it is also an ADA violation.
Genuinely felt sick after eating. I threw the whole bag away after a couple bites. It smelled so bad... I'm calling corporate this place needs to not sell out of date food. I feel so sick even 24 hours later.

I recently ordered My Favorite Jumbo Jack burger Regular style No added anything ! They're on sale 2 for $ 5 . I usually always add cheese , No Ketchup , Grilled Onions . This time I just went with a Jumbo Jack , Jack in the Box style and it was Soo Tasty ! It really wasn't missing anything ! Great taste just the way it was ! And their Tiny Tacos are Yummy too !
