Went to Jersey Mike’s today for our sandwiches, and had a great experience! The employees were super friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. They prepared our order quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. Great service and good vibes all around! And, we got a free sandwich for having the app! Go download that too!

It’s just another name for Subway, Quiznos typical sub sandwich shops. Sometimes they hit, sometimes they don’t. Things are overpriced as they are everywhere nowadays. They really frost my ass when placing an order and when you pay at the register, they want a tip before you get anything ! Seems to be happening a lot.

I’m really upset. This was my first time here and I told the employee I want to make my own sandwich and she said okay the number 44 so I thought what I told her was a sandwich they had on the menu. And then 2 other girls were just working on all the online orders when there’s a line of 12 people in there. I walked out and my sandwich was nothing what I wanted. The only thing that was the same was the buffalo chicken. I am truly upset because because waiting there wasted my whole lunch just for a sub that was disgusting that I couldn’t eat

After reading all reviews from Poway to Escondido to to San Marcos I’m talking every single location in this the ratings are so bad. We had coupons and San Marcos is closer the other location in San Marcos sounds nasty undercooked food and raw meat on Philly hell no. So despite all the bad reviews we had to choose a location so obviously this one my husband didn’t have bad service and despite someone ordering 10 giant subs he got our food in quickly and it tasted amazing as expected! I’m almost thinking some of these customers complaining about employees being rude are actually the assholes and employees sticking up for themselves I work grocery retail and I would not put up with entitled rude people. Mind you while ur being rude to employees we handle ur food not a smart choice. Definitely be coming back to this specific location from now on!

I enjoy my subs from Jersey Mikes, but I am sad to hear that the employee working tonight was rude to my daughter who was picking up my order. What irritates me is the last time I ordered, they forgot to grab my mobile order from the printer. When I arrived 26 minutes after my order they apologized and then made my 3 subs. I was very accepting of their apology because mistakes happen. I will continue to go here, unless something like this happens again. Please do better

Went in for my lunch-ordered online and it took another 20 minutes. Avalon was FANTASTIC-she was running around and trying to keep everything together-the epitome of excellent service. The rest of the crew was horrible-slow, chit chatting after knowing i was waiting for 20 minutes and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Avalon should be praised for her work and the rest retrained.
