I like Jersey Mike for a number of reasons. Their sandwiches are very good and they are one of the rare sandwich chains to regularly raise money for good causes. Two good reasons to keep going back

I visited the Jersey Mike's location off Nordahl (in San Marcos CA) tonight after a disappointing experience with a DoorDash order. Despite specifying no mayo, vinegar, or oil, my sandwich arrived with all of those ingredients. When I placed my order in-store, I reminded the staff multiple times to exclude these items. However, when the sandwich preparer reached for the oil, vinegar, and mayo, I had to reiterate my request. The staff member seemed to imply that the mistake was due to being busy, which I found unacceptable. I expect orders to be prepared correctly, regardless of the workload. The employee's eye-roll in response to my feedback was unprofessional. Overall, while I appreciate the effort, the inconsistency in order accuracy is concerning.

No air condition on the day I visited, long line. The young lady making the sandwiches was very slow and applied way to much oil and vinegar.

Awesome service and the big large sandwich can feed 3!! Your points you get can get you free sandwiches pretty fast. These sandwiches blow away the other places. You know what i mean. Very healthy.

Always a good sandwich. There is a need to increase the frequency of the dining room cleaning. I sat down into a few wet pieces of lettuce on my seat. Tabletops were filled with crumbs and drink mess.

Store is always so clean even in a rush they are so nice, and take there time with your meal. Food is always good and fresh love them!
