The management of this business is failing its employees and its customers. On top of waiting thirty minutes for my very basic 6 piece meal, I was required to pull around and park when no one was behind me, then was required to sit for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I went in and was told it still wasn’t ready to which I waited another 10 minutes for my food. Zero customer service from the staff. I will mention that there was no one eating in the restaurant and no one in line for the drive thru, but there was four people working in the kitchen. Not once did I see an employee wash their hands or wearing gloves or utilizing tongs to handle the food. On top of this all there was multiple OSHA and fire department violations that were blatant to the public eye. Go somewhere else and don’t support this terrible management.

I did not enjoy this location one bit they missed up on my order I ordered fish and they gave me chicken I checked my bag and the manager had the nerve to tell me that that's not what I ordered then they brought me my order my side had hair in the food I don't know what's up with this location but I drove 30 mins to get my family lunch because it's the only Long John Silver bear by but the experience was horrible and I'm very upset I advise no one to go to this location

There aren't too many Long John Silver restaurants around. I found this gem in the city of San Marcos. This one is partnered with KFC. I went inside to place an order. I was greeted by the employee who took my order. I ordered the 8 piece bucket of chicken for $10.00 and 2 catfish. The young lady was very nice to make my food fresh with all the condiments I requested. I don't remember her name, but she was very nice and customer friendly. I will definitely return again at this location. Keep up the great ? work.
We ordered online for 2 buckets of 8pc meal deal, when arrived my husband asked for his order, lady at the front told him they hadn’t make his order, he then proceeded to ask the lady how long it was going to take since his order should have been ready 15 minutes ago, the lady gave him attitude telling him the “application doesn’t know what they have” she then gave him 2 small boxes with small pcs of chicken… idk if the lady was having a bad day or if she was trying to make a point across.. what a joke of a place and customer service!!We went to buy another bucket deal to the Escondido location since I noticed in the car it wasn’t going to be enough for my family of 4. We actually got what we ordered (actual bucket).

I had to bring back a pot pie that was dry and gloppy. The chicken was very dry too, but the fish was amazing! I brought everything else back and the manager was not very pleasant to work with. I was not given a receipt, but she was able to look up my order and refund it back to my card. No apology, just an impatient attitude and a brusk send-off. There are plenty of other restaurants to visit, so it would take a very desperate situation for me to return here.
