Out of every kind of chicken except for one selection...thighs!!? Poor or no management. You could tell, the employees were humiliated/embarrassed to be working there! Will not visit this location ever again. Bad on you franchise owner. 👎👎

Dinner time. Store empty. Busy drive thru. Ordered 4 pc honey barbq tenders meal and a 3 pc original chicken meal. Got home 4 pc tenders were original and receipt says two sauces that weren't asked for or in the bag. Called to complain and spoke to Geronomo. Was asked who took the order. Told him a tall skinny kid. Was asked black, white or brown. Asked him how many tall skinny guys he had working and he said, one. Told him that kinda narrows it down. He says, Yeah, ok, he's here. Then he asked me what I wanted to do. Replace the meal. He says, well you're gonna eat it. Just replace the meal but I'm not coming all the way back today. He says let me get your name and left me hanging. 5 minutes later he comes back and asks for my name. Told him my 3 letter first and then my last. How do you spell that he asks. My first name is probably one of the most common around. I spelled it and told him last is just like the colonel. Gonna call the day time manager tomorrow.
So, wow. Just wow. Will pick up the honey barbq tomorrow night. Let's all see how that goes.

Hit the drive-thru at 8:27pm on a Tuesday. My wife wanted a 3-pc big box meal, all white meat. The worker informed us that they have a special on dark meat on Tuesdays, so they didn't have any white meat. She settled for a pot pie, which tasted good.

NO WHITE MEAT AT A KFC? REALLY? Management must be underpaid / simply doesn't care about profitability. Personally, I'll never go to this location again.

Never prepared. The store has been open for 45 min. The grease is not hot. Horrible. I have a 30 min lunch and it takes 20 min to heat grease. Wow

I went to store D742006, at my order was charged at 7:51PM. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Both of my meals were wrong. I ordered a 5-piece Big Box, with double mashed potatoes, Ranch, and a Dr Pepper. I received a 3-piece, a mashed potato, and a Root Beer. No Ranch, although I was given a dessert I didn't ask for. My 2nd meal was supposed to be a 2-piece Fill Up with mac n cheese and a Coke Zero. I received a mashed potato instead of mac n cheese. The dessert we were both given tasted old and over cooked. When I got home, I called the store 4 different times. It rang nonstop to the point that the call disconnected on its own.

They really do not care about how the food is presented. Always running out of original wings ..They work slow pace and even though they are nice. Service is bad and cook is not paying attention to detail. Will stop coming. Waited in drive thru 25 min. Usually they bring it out after paying but they donot care.

First off this is my first review ever, I'm 64... I Love KFC & went a lot in Carlsbad... Moved here to San Marcos awhile back... From what I see this location is not busy at all & is shared with Ling John Silver... Went my first time today... I got a 3 piece meal... Simply put 2 of my 3 were undersized & all were overcooked... Very disappointing... The gal in the drive through was nice & efficient which was good but not what I had gone for.

I ordered a 4 piece tenders 3 of them were long and normal and one was half of the size. it was good and stuff but it takes a long time to get ur food . and I went today around 7 pm a mexican lady employee went to the bathroom and didnt wash her hands 🤢🤮

The management of this business is failing its employees and its customers. On top of waiting thirty minutes for my very basic 6 piece meal, I was required to pull around and park when no one was behind me, then was required to sit for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I went in and was told it still wasn’t ready to which I waited another 10 minutes for my food. Zero customer service from the staff. I will mention that there was no one eating in the restaurant and no one in line for the drive thru, but there was four people working in the kitchen. Not once did I see an employee wash their hands or wearing gloves or utilizing tongs to handle the food. On top of this all there was multiple OSHA and fire department violations that were blatant to the public eye.
Go somewhere else and don’t support this terrible management.
