Have ordered take out a couple times and it was alright. Thought we would try it one last time, worst mistake ever!!! The food was cold, portions were short and missing items on our order. We drove back to return it and the owner told the employees not to refund our full order price? Did offer to remake the items that were missing, however the trust was gone and we wasted over and hour dealing with this issue. Perhaps this merits some customer service training for the staff? I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

I ordered over $200 worth of food for work party. When I placed the order they were very accommodating. I needed to pick up the food before they opened and they said that was okay. I tipped them 20% for their troubles. At pick up it was different. The food was good. I wouldn't say it's better than other Thai restaurants in the area.

Quick important note, they have moved into the Strip Mall and not in the stand alone restaurant. It's located next to the dollar store. Inside they have seats for about 25. 5 tables of 4 and 4 seats at the bar and one seat for one at another bar. Tables with chairs and banquette seats and high top and low bar seats. Also in a lovely cheery white and yellows Total interior seating 25. It feels like this is a take out shop, that has some seating. No chopsticks, no plates, all served take out style. I feel thts an important thing to know when making a dining decision. The music is loud-ish, the day we were there the day was hot, as was the inside. Also, the chef is the cashier, so, it is possible to have some delay. I was joined by TallGirl & AdventurousAunt for a late lunch, early dinner on a Friday. AdventerousAunt ordered Tom Kah soup. Which in the take out container, became quite the quandary. There was a large cardboard recyclable container, and the vat of soup and an ity bittty spoon. If it wasn't frustrating for her, it would have been funny and perhaps even a great topic for a sit com. She said the soup was very good tho. Perfect for take out. TallGirl ordered Pad Say-Ueu, or as the many says Pad See You. Which was described as good quality ingredients, nothing was over done, blended together nicely, however lacking depth of flavor. I had my first ever Thai Ice Tea. Which, having nothing to compare it to; I thought was fabulous!! AdventurousAunt NEVER finishes her meal, no matter where we go. So the food already in the to-go container saved a step for her. The recyclable container, while unexpected; does make my "reduce, reuse, recycle" heart happy. The food flavor 3.5 The food quality 3.5 Food taste 4.0

I am so sad to be writing this. I have consistently gone here for over 10 years but this last order was disappointing. They completely changed the panang curry. It's now so watery and just not that great. I was hoping when the new owners took over years ago they would honor the current recipes but sadly they have changed over time. As loyal as I have been to this place, I sadly need to find a new place

Beautiful authentic Thai curries. My most recent was the Massaman curry with chicken, creamy soft and punched full of flavour. Have never had a disappointing Thai curry from here and have tasted them all.

I accidentally ordered from here instead of Kinaly Thai Express in Escondido since they have almost the same name. I ordered my go to which is the Panang Curry. Food tasted just as good as Kinaly Express except the portion they gave me is MUCH smaller than Kinaly express (see photo of food container I had just brought into my car as it was filled only to 3-4 inches below from the top lip AND it was more expensive even though I got chicken instead of my usual shrimp and a small side of extra rice which totaled $20 and some change. I will not be making this mistake again and will continue to go to Kinaly Express where the overall value and portion size is much much better!

I saw lot of good reviews and decided to go this restaurant. Quantity was not sufficient. Taste was average. This place looks like a cloud kitchen.

Got take out. Ordered Pad Thai Chicken and Pad Thai Duck. The portion was less than enough for one person. It tasted good but for $16 and $20 respectively not worth it. Also ordered Tom Kha Soup. It is supposed to be coconut milk with mushrooms and chicken (by choice). There were 3 pieces of chicken, the mushrooms were regular brown mushrooms you find in your local market that turned the soup an unappetizing brown and they added large chunks of tomatoes and white onions to the soup. For the 3 dishes, the bill was $51.80. I should have driven another 10 minutes up the road to Thai Kitchen on Valley Parkway. Prices are similar but the portions meet the price and the food is always spot on.

Used to love the place & came here often or got take out during Covid. Under new ownership as of Oct/Nov. Recipes changed; curry & soup very watered down, a dish specifically ordered for the eggplant had no eggplant. When asked the server brought 2 pieces on a dish that was the main vegetable. Server was overwhelmed between dine-in guests & trying to cover the phone. Twice a dish was brought to the table that had beef but was ordered with chicken.

Service is horrible. What happened to Kinaly Thai in the last year? Closed down one restaurant and reopened in another without notice to the public. Now it is more of a pick up restaurant than sit down. The pick up side has long waiting times and is not first come first served. There are lots of cons however the food remains good.

It pains me to write this negative review of Kinaly Thai. I had been a loyal customer of theirs, getting lunch from them multiple times a week for two years. I decided to check out their new location, and was severely disappointed. I called in a to-go order of Chicken Pad Thai and they told me it'd take 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later to be safe. After waiting in a 1-person line for 10 minutes due to the cashier's inability to take a customer's order, I was billed $17 for my chicken pad thai. When the cashier returned, I was informed that my order had not even been started. Mind you, now 40 minutes had passed since I placed it. When I requested a refund, it was given to me, but there was no sympathy or understanding of my frustration. The only conclusion I can draw from this interaction is they do not want my business. The new store looks great, but if the prices are so high and the service is so low, I don't recommend going.

We used to love Pho Boi and come here all the time. Now it's Kinaly Thai. We still got food waited 30 minutes to get and they made my food super spicy after I said no spice so I couldn't even eat it. Was also never checked on to see how we were doing.
