Best bakery ever with it’s warm baked goods and warm hearted workers!
A few of our local chapter of the Society of Mfg. Engineers, along with some friends were given a tour of the facility by Natalie. I was very impressed by the company's safety precautions and attention to cleanliness. Natalie took the time to answer all of our questions. At the end of our tour, we were given some samples of pastry and bread, both of which were VERY good.
My son was eating the meringue cookies when he discovered a live insect inside the package. He was so shocked and disgusted and threw up. After vomiting he also had diarrhea.
I sent this issue to the grocery store where the product sold but I received an email from the bakery that made the product.(L.P)
Instead showing real apology or concern about child's health, they offered me a $10 gift card and asked me to mail the product back. They treated this matter as if it were somthing small and meaningless.
Just bad business all around.
Done business with them for years, great and prompt customer service, love their products. We appreciate them from one small business owner to another.

Bad management
This company has great products, but are mismanaged. Upper management needs to analyze training processes and well being of their employees. This is a quick fix, but they must be open to change.
