I'm not sure who the ownership of this Little Caesars is but I went in here the other day and noticed that there were three women working with shoulder length or longer hair not one of which was wearing a hairnet freaking disgusting and I believe against the rules of food service do something about it and the service here sucks as well when in there late afternoon to get a hot and ready and there were no pizzas in the oven get it together.... And are you guys aware that your phone number isn't even your phone number come on

I waited a total of 60 minutes for my order, 20 minutes when I ordered initially, only to learn my order was made incorrectly when I arrived at home, 20 minutes of a commute to return to the store after I attempted to call in the error that was made and they refused to answer the phones , and an additional 20 minutes for my order to be made properly, the owner apparently didn’t care that they messed up my order and refused to give me a refund, meanwhile an hour later my kids are at home waiting for dinner because of an error on their end, this store is horrible and I do not recommend coming here!

Ridiculous!! Can’t make stuffed crust pepperoni because they are “closing in a half an hour”. Won’t answer their phones probably because they are closing in two hours. ZERO for service.

I keep seeing this chubby male that sits on the steps, smoking something, I guess on break. I always wondered where he worked because he keeps his apron on. Tonight 9/22/24 at 6:30 pm he is there again with apron on. Looking to be snorting something secretly. I actually saw where he went back into this time and it’s your establishment. With all this being said, don’t wear your apron on break, don’t make it obvious you are smoking/sniffing something. I doubt he wash’s his hands upon returning. Gross. Being from the restaurant industry, this is disgusting. I doubt I’ll be ordering from here again.

I ordered 3 pizza, 3 crazy bread and pizza popers, 2 pizzas were burned, 1 bread sticks burnt. I just looked at the pizza on top and it looked great! But others burnt. I used the app so they had plenty of time I even arrived early, and still had to wait. Very dissatisfied. From now on I will have to look at everything before I leave and tell them what is unacceptable. Too bad they can't tell. They need some training.

I arrived at scheduled pickup time and it was not ready. I watched as 2 of my other pizzas sat to the side getting cold for 15 minutes until I was told my pickup order was ready. They could've put the other 2 that were reading in the warmer to keep them warm while the 3rd one finished but they just let them sit out and get cold. When I told them the other 2 pizzas were cold the shrugged me off and didn't care.

The restaurant is dingy and unclean, the staff have poor customer service skills. Acting like me paying their bills with my order is an inconvenience to them. Wouldn't even look me in the eyes as I ordered. The overall rating here lives up to it. ??
