The service ver slack for a franchise. I waited for 5 min before anyone even came the counter. Seriously understaffed.

The fish was not good. I'll never go back for fish and chips.

The tarter sauce was like mayonnaise.

Maria with the glasses was on it! She was taking orders working in the back and still came out to wipe down tables! She provided us with excellent customer service and definitely stood out when it came to her team! Even tho there were alot of customer Maria took control and did it with a smile thank you once again Maria for the great experience you are highly appreciated ma'am!

Didn't know Long John Silver's was still around. I found this one after seeing a sign off the freeway.

Food was great, but the service was plain awful. It took about 10 minutes after I walked in for someone to take orders up front. After I paid, it took another 15 minutes to receive one combo meal. Other people received similar service and were unhappy. One lady did apologize for the long wait.

Everyone was working at a station, so maybe they were short-staffed.
I've worked in fast food for years and if there aren't enough employees scheduled, this level of service is common.

Dirty Atmosphere… Someone needed to swipe and clean tables. There was 2 guys and two ladies working, And as we’re leaving another female worker showed up and even a lady manager!!! 🤔

Not enough staff. Food took way to long even in drive thru. Told me to pull up in front,nobody came out had to go back inside to get my drive thru order😪

Both employees I spoke to were uncaring and rude. It literally took 10 minutes to get one piece of fish. The supervisor told me it was because there's only one fryer and apologized.

Try to order online. Didn’t want to use the app. Just wanted to find out how much a fish sandwiches. I kept being taken in circles and returned to the map. Gave else for lunch

All I have to say is hushpuppy. They are delicious but they keep getting smaller and smaller. They've gone from Great Dane puppies to Chihuahua puppies.

The absolute worst service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant ever cashier was extremely rude no employees had name tags on I asked his pizza the manager she refused to give me her name or her employees name so that I can review the place I even had to call corporate I honestly felt that disrespected would not suggest this location to anyone
