Once I discovered this place I fell in love with their food. I visit this location weekly and every time I’m always greeted and my order is always correct. One time I did get the wrong burrito but the team here was so quick to fix it while I was still in the store and send me on my way without having to wait longer for the correct burrito.Thank you.

just moved to the neighborhood and I couldn't be more ecstatic to have this good of a Mexican spot to frequent. I can't wait to try every single item on the menu. So far the fish taco, carnitas taco, flautas and cali burrito have all been superb.

Soup used to be good. Stick to Especial Norte... Soup is tiny. No way its 32oz. Minimal Chicken some rice 2 slices of avocado. Not impressed. It will be my last order from them... I know better than to venture from Especial but they at least used to be decent. I had to add chicken, rice and Avo to make it a meal.

terrible service i went on my lunch break the lady at the front ordered my meal waited 15 minutes 5 other people after me ordered got there food before me. I never received my food after I paid chief never even got my order for some reason immediately asked for a refund

This restaurant is gross! There was a COCKROACH in my friend’s burrito. So disgusting. I wish I could give it zero stars. This restaurant is nasty.

Chicken soup not nearly as good as it used to be. I asked for lite on the chicken because there used to be about half chicken in the soup. But it was difficult to find the chicken in the lite version. It was also hard to find any vegetables in the soup. There also used to be much more vegetables in the soup.
Giving it 5 stars because the food was great. But super annoyed to find out that ordering online surcharged us over 30% or what the restaurant actually charges. Better to call and order food direct from them.

Love love love this place. Compared to other Lourdes, I'd have to say the quality of the burritos at this location are top tier! The staff get your order out within 5-10 minutes no matter how busy it gets and the ingredients always taste so fresh. Not to mention the salsa bar is to die for.

Visited for breakfast last weekend. Always a bad sign when the personnel act like they are doing you a favor when you patronize their business. My son's breakfast arrived with a small fly rolled up in the food. When brought to their attention, their reaction was muted. No apologies or offer to address the issue. Both breakfast plates were not great, but not terrible. My son's eggs were slightly burnt. We headed out and decided to eat breakfast at the nearest McDs, which was a much better experience. So much for patronizing locally-owned businesses!
