Tokwa Sisig,Kalderata and HALO HALO yummy better than Red ribbon and Chowking! You will be so satisfied and will definitely go back to taste all their recipes
This may very well have been the best halo-halo I've ever had!!!
A must try!!!
The other dishes we tried were also good, but the halo-halo is what I'd go back there for!

Ordered catering from them and was very disappointed. Ordered Kare kare and they did not include bagong. They totally missed a whole tray of lumpia and rice was not included. They claimed I did not order rice but they specifically asked me if I wanted steamed or garlic rice. When I called them about the missing items, they acted annoyed. Very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the food. My family and friends will not be going there again.

This is a small shop where you order at the counter and they deliver to the table. Not much to look at but the food was pretty good. My wife and I both had the Chicken Sisig. This was a nice stir fry, served hot and bubbly on an iron platter. When ordering, she asked me "white or garlic rice". I chose the garlic, not realizing that the sisig comes with plain white rice. The garlic rice is $12.45. She did split one order of the garlic rice between two plates, rather than selling us two orders, so we each got a half plateful of garlic rice. Between the sisig and rice we had plenty of leftovers to make another meal. We will be back to explore the menu some more, but we will also make sure we know what we are getting.
Edit: After reviewing our credit card charges for the month, we found that these guys refunded the price of the rice! Apparently these guys read their reviews and are very concerned about the approval of their customers. Such unexpected generosity and integrity is a welcome surprise. Good food and good people.

Work within 5 minutes from this restaurant, never had time to sit and eat but damm this place makes me wanna come in every day. Didn’t know Filipino food was going to be this good. The decor is Modern and warm. And the food is extremely savory and filling for the price. Def worth it 10/10.

I will never come back to this place ever again. The chef is very rude.. I ordered a fish sinigang and I asked why there's no soup... the guy who's doing the cooking came out and started raising his voice. He was like did the order said extra soup. The cashier said no. I didn't asked for extra soup cause it's supposed to come with soup.. I asked why he was yelling and I was asking nicely why my ordered didn't have soup... The guy started arguing with me that I didn't asked for extra soup when the order supposed to come with soup and then he continued of saying that the container that he gave me is big, well yes is big so why aren't no soup in it? He said he's the owner of the restaurant, what kind of owner are you complaining about a container in front of the customers and if that's how they treat there customer by yelling at them, i will never go there again and I will tell all my family and my friends to never go there again.. I asked very nicely and I got nothing, but him yelling at me... Terrible service and the guy shouldn't be working there and if he's actually the owner he will not last.. you don't treat people like that. That's terrible behavior and hope people stop going to this place. It's not even worth it. If my son didn't ask for soup I wouldn't even come there and now that I know how the owner's personality. Never again.. i hope karma hits you hard Mr. Owner.

Went here with my family, the food was okay but a little underwhelming. I feel the filipino food my family and I cook ourselves is better, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. The restaurant is decorated really cutely and was very organized. We were kind of put off when entering the restaurant because we got here for opening, my Mom tried opening the door because it was past 11 am (opening time) and one of the workers walked up to the door and locked it. Overall an okay restaurant but not the best Filipino food you can get.

I have come here for 3 plus years but the last couple of months that I had come it’s been terrible. Both dishes were incredibly salty, but bland and one dimensional flavor-wise at the same time. We got some vegetable lumpia and it was average. For dessert I love the Halo halo and it was different the beans in it were bad and I was just disappointed. I don’t recommend this place.

Ordered 1 soup and an entree. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were given the rice from the entree. Just the rice. After another 10 minutes I went back to the counter and told them to just change it to a to-go order. Mind you, about 4 or 5 people had to-go orders that had already come out, so they clearly didn't prioritize the people right in front of them. Food was mediocre. Long story short, don't come here unless you are really desperate for Filipino food and have a movie or show to watch on your phone.

If you're in San Marcos and craving some Filipino food, Hutchinson and Mary is the place to go.The have a wide selection of classic Filipino dishes to choose from and all of them are worth a try.On this occasion, I ordered the Lechon Kawali and Halo halo. And they did not disappoint. The lechon kawali was fried perfectly. The outside skin was a crispy golden brown. The inside was tender and juicy. The Halo Halo was ice cold with all the ingredients you want. Grass jelly, flan, shaved ice, condensed milk, red bean and of course Ube Ice cream. They have great pricing and service. Staff are helpful and friendly. This place is great for both ordering takeaway and dining in.If you're a Filipino craving a taste of home or someone who's never had Filipino food before, I highly reccomend giving this place a try.
