I made the mistake of not asking for my receipt, my order was horribly incorrect, parked and took it inside to get it replaced with what I had paid for, since I didn’t ask for my receipt. They thought I was trying to scam them for free food, and didn’t replace my order. $10 wasted. Will never return to this McDonald’s.

5.30 Am in the morning on 09/12/2025 , I went inside to order a coffee and the lady said to go drive thru only I listened to her and went , she was preparing breakfast to herself and the drive thru i was passing and no one answered me or took my order . also , there was another car and no one took his order . Very Bad

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. I asked upfront for extra ranch, they still charged me $1.50 extra for two packets. The worker even had to get the manager (ranch police) to charge me extra. Then, they made us pull off to the side just to bring out the ranch and completely forgot our food. Nearly $20 for two Happy Meals and they’re nickel-and-diming customers for ranch? Absurd. Honestly, In-N-Out is a much better deal for better food and service. Definitely won’t be stopping at this location again.

The only food you can have sauce with are chicken nuggets. If you want sauce with anything else on the menu you need to pay extra

Sorry but something needs to happen with the smell in the women's bathroom.the smell is coming from a issue, such as a clogged grease trap, a dry floor drain, or a broken sewer line vent. These issues allow sewer gases, which contain hydrogen sulfide, to escape into the restaurant. If something isn't done I'm calling health department

One of the workers at this location honestly gave me the worst encounter I have ever had. Genuinely a rude person inside and out. She claims she a manger at this location. I believe her last name is Santiago (I could be wrong though just going off memory) but she had dark brown straight hair and was a younger girl. I’m not one to ever come on and complain but no person should ever treat another person like that especially since I didn’t do anything. She needs to be held accountable for her behavior.
