One of the best food trucks in North County. Authentic ensenada fish & shrimp tacos. Made from there family recipe that originated in Ensenada ! Now these Tacos & burritos are actually better that the Mexican original as Meche's adds tomatoes and proprietary ingredients to upgrade what they offer. Very comfortably the best fish tacos of any food truck.

Hereby the best tacos you can get in all of California. If you're not able to go to México for a quick bite, Meches’ Tacos is the place to go. Not only do they have mouthwatering Baja style food, but their horchata is off the charts! This is a must try when you're craving some legitimate Mexican food!!

When I say I'm picky with fish tacos I'm picky. No where in San Diego do I eat fish tacos but this place! It's reminds me of Ensenadas fish tacos and they are so delicious. Craving a fish or shrimp taco this is the place to go!! With no hesitation! 10/10!
