Mehmet’s passion for coffee is contagious when he shares his knowledge about the history, culture and art of coffee. It is no surprise that he is the U.S cup tasting champion. We left the workshop with a deeper knowledge and appreciation of specialty coffee and all the work that is put into making a really good cup of coffee. Definitely going back to try his other workshops.

I purchased the drip pack set for my travels and it was so easy to use. Just needed hot water and a cup. I was able to brew at the airport and hotel. Coffees tasted amazing!!!! Can’t compromise when it comes to coffee. ☕️

Went to the specialty coffee tasting and WOW I learned so much information! I took some notes but there is so much to learn from Mehmet, he is SO knowledgeable. I’m pretty new to the specialty coffee world and this was quite the experience. I loved trying the different origins, learning about acidity, and how different factors alter the taste. I plan on taking more classes and would recommend anyone who is even a little curious to try it out!
