Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

None of the machines work and none of the condiments are full and the place is a mess.

Came here and the machines were clogged ice cream everywhere on the floor no condiments or topping hardly there and no cashier around half of the ice cream flavors were in available never again this place has gone down hill fast

Awesome flavoured yogurt ice cream with varieties of toppings to meet individual tests. One can mix different flavours to enjoy. Indoor seating is available for family.

Good yogurt and a lot of toppings at a fair price, clean with helpful staff person that can answer questions.

The attendant there was so nice and they had such great two for one deals! Love the Dole pineapple whip.

I hate this place terrible workers and nasty place. I went a few weeks ago on Tuesday right at six pm for smiley hour I had my cups Already just to find out they said that smiley hour only applies before 6pm so I thought I was in the wrong so calmly payed for my ice cream and left then to come back the next Tuesday BEFORE 6pm and just to go pay to find out from a worker that “smiley hour is only six pm” I was furious because I thought I had got it right this time just to find out that the time I was right I had to pay FULL PRICE for all my bowls and now I’m expected to do the same because these workers don’t know about there job and when I explained my situation to them and how I was always told before six they didn’t seem to care and were completely immature about it, whispering to each other I am never coming here again this is not ok and I hope no one has to go through this terrible situation like I did.

Male cashier was very rude, no costumer service skills at all.

I hate that they don't accept clipp.com coupons, because they can't verify if you used it before. Also that they only have 2 dairy free options.

My 7 year old daughter seriously wanted me to give this Menchies a 1 star review. We walked into get some frozen yogurt, two of the machines didn't have flavors available, the flavors that were there are not great and even when we did find a flavor that we wanted the machines weren't working. We threw our cups in the trash and went to Handles where we knew we would get better service, flavors they always have, and it would be 1/2 the price.
We been loyal to Menchie's for years and this place just went down hill.
We now go to the Frozen yogurt in carlsbad off la Costa. They are cheaper, have better flavors, and we know there machines work.

Menchies has delicious yogurt but I'm writing this review to also appreciate Jacob who is sweet and is always kind when I pop in. I love good customer service!
