Last time I went the workers were just sitting on the counter on their phones, ok fine whatever. But tonight we went in at around 9:20 and I understand they close at 10, but the two girls didn’t even say hi or greet us, just looked at us. Half the flavors were already emptied out for the night and when I was trying to get my yogurt the cashier told me “put the handle all the way up when you’re done”.Then when we were checking out she was just giving me a dirty look. Honestly made me sad because I love Menchies but don’t think I will be returning after that.Btw I used to be a manager at Panera and we kept all products out and sold food until we were CLOSED, we did not keep products away from customers 40 mins before closing time and we were definitely not rude to them for coming in late!!!!

It seems like all my child therapy clients love this place! A week doesn't go by that I don't hear about how at least one of my clients is getting to visit Menchie's after their session.

I came in today and got horrible service. She was sitting on the counter with her phone when Starbucks saw her visibly ignore someone when they asked a question, and her outfit was inappropriate see-through leggings. Really!?

Nice staff. Machines aren't working well and are defrosting. Kind of depressing spot in need of attention to deferred maintenance. $.70/ounce.

The 2 girls working on 01/7 at 9pm were super super rude. They weren't at the front (they stayed in the back the whole time) so we had to wait a while to pay, which was odd since we were the only ones there. Then we couldn't hear each other through the blasting music (it wasn't like a loud fun volume it was we literally couldn't hear anything type of volume) and asked one of them if we could turn down the music to which she replied "WHAT?? WHAT" and they turned it down for a brief second but came out and started yelling to each other "I LIKE THIS SONG WHY DONT YOU TURN IT UP?" To louder and louder volume. And then said "oh we're closing in an hour let's clean the tables" and started sweeping our chairs when we were still sitting and touching us with the mops. It was so u called for and disrespectful?

Please change your floor cleaner. The cheap bleach or whatever used is extremely off putting. A few dollars more for a mild lavender or non scented cleaner is better than a gas station floor cleaner. Simple change.

Frozen yogurt is flavorful, options rotate often, toppings are plentiful, there's an opportunity to sample new flavors, and prices are pretty reasonable. I recommend a visit, we're certainly repeat customers.Now, story time: I had promised my daughter and fiance a frozen surprise for desert one evening and, as luck would have it, we found out one of my childhood dogs was being put to sleep the next day. I won't go into too much detail, but it was time. I had known it was coming for a while, but it was still an emotional impact. In my state, while getting everyone in the car and heading over, I forgot my wallet. I didn't realize until everyone had chosen their treats and toppings and we were standing at the register. To say I was embarrassed is an understatement, but the kind employee there was extremely understanding. Again, won't go into detail, but she made my daughter's night and saved me from my idiotic mistake. I'm extremely grateful and hope she knows how appreciated she was. Yeah, it's a food service job and that means all the flak that comes with it, but whoever hired her found someone with genuine empathy and it helped make a rough day less rough. Thank you.

Good selection of frozen yogurt and toppings but what we really enjoyed was how friendly and helpful the server was. The restaurant is clean and cheerful.
Another great visit to Menchie's of San Marcos! I have been here several times and it's always a good experience. All of their toppings are fresh and organized. The facility is always clean and they have a wonderful assortment of flavors. Dylan was so cheerful and informative! Letting me know about the new flavors, and that they have tasting cups too. You won't regret stopping here!!

Love the dairy free options here. I tried the dark chocolate and the oatly vanilla. Both were really good! If you're simple like me, top with some nuts, graham cracker, and strawberries and it's the perfect not too sweet treat!

Food: flavors are great. Service: HORRIBLE. Will not come here again specifically because of the manager and service - Bella and Rachel. We came in at 10:30 PM and the manager was clearing all the toppings, I asked when it closed and she said 11PM. Thinking she would bring the toppings back out... she didn't. Also, asked for a sample cup... she gave us ONE each. There were flavors I hadn't had before (I.e toasted marshmallows, chocolate banana, oat vanilla) so when asked for another she said "rules are 1 per customer"... not true! They were rude, and unfriendly. I would rather buy my ice cream and toppings from the grocery store than have to have an experience like that... We paid $17 and it's unfortunate to have an experience like that... We came to this menchies over our normal Carlsbad because they have flavors that location normally doesn't but honestly... I'll just stick to Carlsbad even if it has 3-4 flavors because the people there are so friendly!!! If that manager is still working here - I would NOT RECOMMEND going to this location. Drive 6 more mins and go to the Carlsbad location. Very unfortunate given the great quality of the product at this location.

So glad they took over this place. Really needed a yogurt shop here in Natomas. The service is super friendly. They have great choices in toppings. They have chocolate covered strawberries! What??? I always have to get one of those. Great vibe. Will def continue to come here!
