I take my grandaughter to Mochinut at San Marcos Blvd, she was so happy to go to this place , this was our second visit, when we get there she start looking at the menu, and she try to get into a conversation with the lady there but she give attitude to my granddaughter, she suppost to treat her clients nice in order that we can come back to this store, she was rude, I just look at her directly to see if that lady change her mood but she didn’t care, I try so hard not to tell something bad to her…I just told my granddaughter that probably she didn’t like her job ??‍♀️

Overpriced and just ok in flavor, slightly different texture (different from a typical donut). They look very pretty and have unique flavor choices. You can only buy in 3s which was $10+tax. We took them to go because it wasn't a place to enjoy a relaxing morning with 3 kids in tow. For the price factor alone, we probably wouldn't choose over a typical donut place for kids. But if you like a fancier option or have a special occasion, then you may enjoy this place.

The food was yummy and lighter than most mochinut I've had in the past. The service was okay as we were the first customer in, their mochi balls were not available and that is what we went in for. I think this should be available when you guys open up if you are selling them. We were told we had to wait 1 hour. That is unacceptable. The ambiance was clean it smelled like cleaner when we first went in so not appetizing at all but the place was welcoming, clean, and pretty to look at. Thank you for

Korean hot dogs are very good and freshly made to order. Mochi donuts are good but I was hoping there was more flavor to choose from when we came in. There were only 5 on display.

First time coming in here so we wanted to come try Mochi donuts. We showed up about an hour before they closed, and the place is beautiful and very clean. We could tell they were getting things prepped for closing but they still had around 15 donuts left. The girl that helped us seemed very annoyed that we were there trying to purchase donuts…I mean come on that’s why people go here right?!? I could understand if we showed up a few minutes before they closed. But we felt rushed and when we asked questions about the different flavors she was very short with us and again seemed very annoyed. So the service in my opinion is not great at all but the mochi is fantastic. We ordered the Original, tiramisu, funnel cake, churro and cookies and cream. So we got 6 donuts for $18 and I would say out of those ones my favorite was the cookies and cream. Unfortunately I’m not sure I want to come back because of the service, being a small business owner myself customer service should be the number one focus to keep customers coming back. Great Mochi Donuts but because of the service/attitude we won’t be coming back.

My boys are so so sooooo happy Mochinut moved in closer to Escondido. We used to travel alll the way down to Poway to get our mochi fix. Ordering online is a sinch and it makes for a quick drive by dessert fix. The place is clean and they are open late so we will be coming back again very soon.I believe the flavors change but our favorite has been the cinnamon one. I am so thankful dessert places like these are moving in. Now I don't have to travel all the way down to San Diego.

WOW! BEST HOT CHEETO CORN DOG HANDS DOWN! Give this place a try and take the negative reviews as a grain of salt. Food:We got a Hot Cheeto corn dog and i'm still thinking about it hourrrrs later! It was nice and crispy! Super flavorful! We also got a donut I forget the flavor but super good! We went later in the day and they thankfully still had several options available. To those who had complained about "flies" there are little fans near the donuts to keep them away.AmbianceTables? CLEAN! Chairs? CLEAN!BATHROOM?!?!? SUPER CLEAN! Lots of space and tables available! I liked all the decor and walls! It's a super cute spot! Service:Decent :) I couldn't hear what was said to me due to the glass cover and music being a little loud. A few customers walked out and thanked the 2 employees but the customers weren't acknowledged :(

Tried the half hot dog and cheese corn dogs. They were very crunchy and delicious. Ambiance is clean and modern and people there were friendly. Also tried the honey butter ice cream and would come back again just for that. The mochinuts always hit the spot

I'm so happy to finally have a Mochinut nearby! Service was friendly and the place was nice and tidy.I got the honey butter ice cream in a cone and it was so delicious and light, already craving another one. I also got a half/half Korean corn dog and it was sooo good and crispy! Every bite was heavenly. Lastly, I got some mochi donuts to share. I tried the nutella one and it was nice and chewy with the chocolatey layer. Everything was 10/10! I'll definitely be back.
