Have always had a great experience at The Money Pit; except for today (10/28/24). My wife and I stopped for lunch and ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 fry, and 2 drinks. At the time of ordering your employee gave me a to-go carrier for the two drinks, and I told her that we were eating at the Money Pit. She gave me two cups for the drinks. I paid the bill of $20.04 with cash, and she gave me my change. She seemed very put out that I was not taking the drinks and food out. Anyway, when they brought the meal, there were 3 hamburgers, not 2. I said I ordered 2 and she basically told me I was lying and walked away. If you get a server about 30-35 years old, 5'4" tall, with glasses at the Money Pit expect to be treated in a rude matter. Never happened to me in the past (over 10 years of eating there), and I hope you don't have to deal with this employee.
What used to be the best in town isn't anymore. I am updating my review because in the recent years the food has really gone down hill. I kept returning to give the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off but I went here last night for a burger and a shake. I got the cheeseburger with everything on it, and not only is the burger mostly lettuce and tomato with a paper thin patty, but one bite in and my burger was cold and the taste made me gag I had to spit it out. Not only was there no seasoning but something tasted old and expired too. I didn't eat any more of it, and won't be getting another burger from there again. Also the fries had barely a splash of the seasoning that I am fond of that they use, and they were soggy. It's unfortunate.

I recently visited Money Pit and had a disappointing experience with the drive-thru. The employee working the morning shift was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time I asked a question or made a request, she mumbled under her breath, making me feel unwelcome. It seemed like she hated her job, and it really affected my experience,
I felt like I was bothering her by simply trying to place my order. It's frustrating to deal with such a lack of courtesy, especially when you expect a friendly interaction. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location if that employee is still working there. I believe that customer service should be a priority, and it was clear that this employee did not care about her role.

I tried their Garden Burger which actually would be a veggie burger and honestly it was pretty good french fries are also not too bad and I think my friend took the same and was very happy with it so overall it was a pretty decent experience I think we will go back again except the kid that was in the front register definitely did not have the sense of humor of customer service he wasn't bad in any way but he just did not have the welcoming hospitality, attitude I'm trying to keep this tone down because it really did not bother me but I thought to mention it if they ever pay attention to that or maybe he was just having a bad day but bless his heart we managed through it and I hope he will have a better day next time

My son had blast time just looking and checking each table out, counting and seeing decorations. Food is so delicious and dont get me started on prices, its just amazing. It also has drive through and lot of people choose to take it home but inside in incredible to check it out
