Overall, I’ve gone to Nekter for over 7 years and they never disappoint! Super friendly and the employees working were able to answer my questions and accommodate. Everybody at the Santa Clarita and San Marcos location are so friendly. Definitely nice to see that the customer service doesn’t change no matter where I order.
In terms of orders, I’ve ordered the açaí peanut butter bowl almost every single time and it’s absolutely delicious. Dragon fruit bowl is also amazing. Radiant raspberry is definitely one to try. My boyfriend says the chocolate bowl was great (I’m not a chocolate person myself). And lastly, the mango bowl is delicious. I actually had my order messed up and was given this one by mistake, but it’s okay because I still ate it and it was delicious. I’m not a mango person either, but it was a perfect summer treat! For drinks, there’s nothing wrong with a classic berry banana burst. It’s a perfect work lunch break snack.
Atmosphere wise, Both Santa Clarita, CA and San Marcos, CA locations have the most cutest and colorful locations. I love sitting inside!
For prices, Yes, it can get pricey especially if you wanted to add something with are typically an extra $1 charge. However, it’s always been worth it to me. The quality of the bowls and presentations are what validate it all. While it’s on the expensive side, the amount you get and how good it tastes doesn’t leave me with any regrets.
FAIR WARNING! Some of the photos I attached are custom bowls I did. The peanut butter bowl was the most recent one I bought and I added coconut flakes on top. Definitely worth it! I usually don’t get it, but will definitely do that more now.

Customer service has been absolutely horrible last few times I’ve come. I stopped coming because it’s so bad. I just ordered for a pickup & I’m standing at the counter waiting for the two young girls to look up & at least acknowledge that I’m there, they continue to talk instead of simply saying hi & hold on just one second we’re training & just wrapping something up . . . Customer should be greeted first & foremost & then apologize you’ll be with me in just one sec, we’re finishing some training, please excuse us. . . Not ignoring the client who has just walked in & is standing right in front of you.

The vibe is clean, modern, and upbeat. Staff is super friendly and quick, and it’s located right off the 78 freeway next to Nordstrom Rack and Sprouts, which makes it a perfect stop during errands.

Used ClassPass to try this location out. Super easy and very pleasant experience. I messed up my order and Logan helped me to get the smoothie I was looking for. Logan was so friendly and full of great positive energy.
The smoothie itself was the perfect size, tasted amazing, and was filled to the top (nothing worse than a 3/4 filled cup like other places sometimes do) 🥳
