Stick to the classic simple cakes, they are perfection. Stay away from the over the top seasonal offerings, they ruin the delicious simplicity and taste gross. The staff is awesome and kind, really made my son’s day. Special thanks to Brianna for taking care of us!

The cake absolutly YES !! Second visit. Service no, if the sign at front door shows Happy people, the staff there is not super friendly. And they do not look like they know what they are doing. I was next in line and the young lady starts to serve the person behind me🤨. When I asked about the tower, the explanation was not really clear 😩

Abby was so helpful! My mom called to order a cake for me, for an informal gender reveal for my baby. The plan was to order one flavor if boy (blueberry lemon), another if girl (raspberry white choc). But while ordering, Abby pointed out that the flavor may be visible from the outside, so she made sure the cake top/outside would be completely covered in frosting. She also made sure the sticker on the box didn’t give away the flavor, and when I picked it up she remembered the details and made sure the flavor was a surprise for me. Of course, the cake tasted wonderful and it all worked out perfectly! Just really, really thoughtful and helpful service. We appreciate it!! (It was a boy:)

There was nothing bundt cakes there and they're pretty damn good.
forgot the girl's name but I had ordered my cake way ahead of time and not during the holidays and they messed up my order. first I had to wait still and then got the cake and it was all sealed up. luckily I opened it to check and turns out the bow I paid extra for was not even on there. it was a plain cake. it was a gift and luckily I checked. I was nice and brought it back in right away and stood in line and then the girl didn't apologize and wanted to make sure. showed her the receipt and my order info and I clearly paid for it. her tone of voice was so rude as if it was my fault. she sighed and I can tell like she was annoyed of me. I get it if I was being rude or mean. I just said it's a good thing I checked before I left. they didn show the cake or anything beforehand. just placed the cake in the box in a bag. she made me not want to return to this location
