This is my chosen Mexican food place after leaving San Ysidro. Best place in San Marcos no doubt. They are always very kind and remember me by name. Their customer service is 10-10, I recommend the chile relleno burrito, its always good.

I love the rolled tacos and horchata here! I also love that it's open 24 hours. The red sauce is really good as well.

Mannnnn!!! It’s been years since I’ve had a good chile verde burrito (without hot sauce) and this is pure 🔥🔥 and it’s as big as my forearm for $11.50!! I’m definitely coming back!! 👍🏾💯

Original, super delicious Mexican joint for some good late night grub. The carne asada is cooked to perfection, the veggies fresh and guacamole perfectly spicy. The horchata is also refreshing and delicious. I'm looking forward to trying more and returning again!

I saw this restaurant while traveling through San Marcos and decided to try it. I'm always looking for a great new spot when in town, sorry to say I was disappointed. It was nothing special, it is super basic. The grade and quality of the meat as well as the seasoning just didn't hit. I ordered a carne asada burrito, a quesadilla and a side of beans. I took two bites of the burrito and was done. The beans were too salty, but I did like the fact that they weren't completely blended. The quesadilla was the smallest I've ever had, like they were short on cheese. The salsa wasn't good either, like someone just took tomatoes and chile and blended in a blender. The meal was definitely not worth the cost.

I have lived in San Diego since 2018 and this place is BY FAR the B E S T Mexican food I've had here. The tortillas are EPIC, the portions are HUGE, the staff is always friendly and the quality is ALWAYS ON POINT No matter if it's 2am or 3pm IT'S ON FIRE!! Thank you Oscar's!

A $20 torta that was cold and crappy. Seriously avoid at all cost convenience is not worth the cost of what you're not getting.

The worst carne asada nachos that I've had. Chips were stale, guacamole was brown, cheese was just colds shreds, and I paid extra to add pico and they barely gave me any. $16 for mediocre at best. And they put them in the container with 3 compartments, instead of just 1 big one. My husband's California burrito was tiny and $15. Ridiculous!! I remember the days when Oscar's was the spot, this is no longer the case.
