I asked if any of their desserts have nuts in them due to someone in the group to nut allergy. They then said â we donât know, we just buy it like that from the company, we donât know whatâs in it.â I then said youâre suppose to know what products in the Buffet contain nuts. Chicken was a bit raw but I will say they took it back and apologized
Great tasting food and lots to choose from.

The whole time me and my family where there we only got one refill there were 7 of us half of us didnât get are drinks till 10 minutes of being there , when it was time to pay there was a line about 4-5 people I told the lady in the front that me and my mom were going to use the bathroom that my dad brother kids and boyfriend were going outside since it was so crowded but when I was going to pay still 2 people in line a lady had my brother and son not letting them go outside and we told them exactly what we were doing we go there multiple times a month so we are known thought it was so rude . My son is a very nervous person so he was freaking out just thought this whole situation was ridiculous
Dine in lunch on a Saturday was packed, but for good reason. Plenty of food choices, decent lunch price for the selection, and positive atmosphere. Will be coming back for more! ?

Pan asia has a big variety of food like shrimp, salmon, chicken , sushi, soups, etc.
They need to work on the coconut shrimp, one of my favorites, but the batter is too thick and hard and with a small shrimp.
They also have lots of sweets, cookies, bread, jello , fruit, and ice cream. They removed the best one, which was the crĂȘme brĂ»lee. I hope they bring it back . I used to look forward to it after the food.
The salad selection is also big and fresh.
Customer service is alright. Sometimes, they can be welcoming and attentive, and sometimes, they forget about checking up on you and picking up the pile of plates from the table.
They have crab legs on Fridays and Saturdays.

This establishment is a disgrace to Chinese food everywhere!
Parking â terrible, itâs shared with a mall space so itâs hard to park and the spaces are super close. I had a hard time getting my parents out the car in the disabled space.
Building appearance â dirty and ghetto and they had nerve to have signs posted saying âwe are working to keep this area clean for youâ. Yet there is black soot all over the outside. The building looks as if itâs under construction.
Inside â crazy crowded; the seating was on top of each other. Kids are running around and touching the food. No hand washing of course. Thereâs a box full of gloves not being used. People reaching in and grabbing things with their hands.
Food selection â whack, it was nasty, cold, and just vile all the way around. They didnât have much to choose from and what they did have wasnât stored properly. I had runny stools the next morning. That seafood was a bad idea.
Staff â there was a bus boy wiping his arms with a towel then using the same towel to wipe the tables. Iâm not sure what was up with that. Then there was some heavy set chick that came to our table and was harassing us. My cousin was sitting on the end of the table and she kept asking her to move because servers needed to pass yet they still had room. Our party was fairly large, 9 adults, 1 kid, and they stuffed us in the corner. Then the staff was rude and pushy. I could see there is some what of a language barrier and that should be addressed because the frustration is on both parts.
Then after all the bad services, nasty food, and everything else, they had nerve to automatically charge a 12% gratuity which bumped my bill up almost $30 bucks for some rude service. Then they had nerve to have a line for âadditional tipâ. $291 for terrible service and a forced tip. I will never return to this pit.

I went there it was the worst experience in my life it was 4:30 in the afternoon right before dinner all of the main entrees were empty but just a little bit of dried out food the workers insisted that we eat the dried out leftovers from lunch we confronted the manager and she was aggravated that we even bothered her with this problem and they got mad at us for waiting 20 minutes for fresh food but if I am paying $25 for my meal it better be fresh I refuse to be just another quick buck $$$ I will never eat there again ...
