Good afternoon! Facility is clean, but there was (understandably) a bit of a wait. There was a large order in front of me. The manager Maricela made eye contact with me a few times as I walked in and waited (I was next in line), but gave no other acknowledgment. No “welcome in” or “we’ll be right with you”. She wasn’t making conversation with the customer whose order she was making either. It was just awkward silence for a few minutes until she was ready to take my order. On the other hand, Cecilia who was working the register was very polite and enthusiastic, greeted me and quickly rang up my order as I got to the register. I work in customer service, and greetings are a HUGE part of setting the atmosphere for customers. Please remind Maricela of this, as it can change the whole experience of a visit.
Side note, your location off of San Marcos Blvd is absolutely WONDERFUL (which is where I usually go)! Customers are always greeted with a bright smile by ALL staff along with “we will be right with you” and “thank you for your patience” when it’s especially busy.

Where to begin.. this location is in a busy center with a Costco and Walmart so I thought I would try coming here when they open to get the freshest food. I ended up receiving burned steak that I paid $1.50 more for. Small, hard and burned pieces that were inedible. No survey code on bag so here we are with a 1 star review. Employees were not prepared for customers despite being open for more than 30 minutes. Employees laughly loudly in dining area and talking to each other in Spanish. Overall avoid this location at all costs.

Vegetarian options: Get 2 or 3 types of your choice plus you get chow mein or rice with them.The food is delicious. If you haven't been there, try it,it has many choices.

The staff here are incompetent as it gets! Slow and rude service, no food is ever cooked or prepared! And then they look at you like you have 2 heads if you ask them why the trays are empty. Avoid this place at all cost. You will waste your time here with incompetent employees and food that isn’t readily available.

I ordered my 3 entrees plate whit 2 veggie egg rolls when I got home noticed my egg rolls where missing ? come back to get my food and they could replace me whit something else.. Bad service ????
Speedy, courteous service. Many locations of Panda Express slow down because of inefficiency managing a queue. I'm glad this location manages a speedy process by calling out what foods need to be replenished before it becomes an issue.

For a fast casual Chinese place, this place rocks! Food is fresh and ready to serve. No wait. Tasty and not to salty. The Rangoons are disappointing though, they need more flavor. White rice was decent, not sticky but not too dry. Chicken is well cooked and fresh. Not cheap but not too bad. About $14 per person.

The best panda express restaurant: very clean, tidy, non-sticky tables, clean even behind the rubbish bins. Welcoming and good staff. Congratulations indeed.

It's disgusting ? when someone pays 4 dollars for a cup of tea towards the end of the night and then when they ask for a refill, the manager says it costs the same as if it were a new drink. KNOWING THEY ARE THROWING IT AWAY IN LESS THAN 5 MIN! Wasteful greedy and money hungry. I would've given it to them! Disgraceful! What good does it do to literally throw food away just because nobody bought it? Johnny and the other latina girl with hairy arms and tattoos could've done better. It was a mediocre visit at best seeing that ignorance
