It was about noon as I left my Doctors office and feeling a little hungry. I say Pegah’s Kitchen next door and gave it a try. The staff were all very professional. I had their Italian omelette and if I had to rate it on a one to 10 scale with 10 being the best, I would give it a 12. This is the Vista location. Highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch, as they are not open for dinner.

Decent breakfast place. On par with IHOP or Dennys. Open from 6am to 2pm, no dinner service. About $40 to feed 2 adults with 1 ice tea, all in. Crowded during peak times, but still fast and pleasant service. For the category of quick breakfast cafe, it's very decent. The place is fairly clean, doesn't smell, and isn't too loud. Overall pleasant. The table and bench needed to be wiped down for crumbs, but wasn't sticky. Our server was efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. I had chicken fried steak with mashed potato and raisin toast with eggs over easy. Eggs cooked perfectly, toast was a great, and the chicken fried steak was juicy and not dry. Mashed potato was perfect, with real potato not instant. Will definitely come again. Very ADA compatible. Plenty of parking. Located in a strip mall. The only cafe in this part of town. They need a computer system and air curtains for the doors. We sat next to a door, and there were some flies. Ice tea was good.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids if well behaved.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from parking, ground floor. Wheelchair accessible tables.

This was my very first visit, Pegah’s Kitchen is clean, friendly and serves great food. I plan to share this restaurant with my neighbors. Excellent!

Vegetarian options: I glanced at the menu.

Parking: This is a location where there are additional stores, so at any particular time, you may have to locate a space on the lot.
