Got the burger. Not sure what the bread was. It was slightly chewy like a pretzel bun but reminiscent of a decent cheese steak roll. Doesn't really work for the burger itself. The meat wasn't seasoned. The grilled onions had great carmelization. Tasted like Visalia onions, which I think they used for their onion rings (definitely get those).
