Called at 8:38 pm for pick up order The person that answered was a lady she was really rude screaming at me 3x I was just asking her to repeat what she said cos I didn’t understand what she said so I ask her if she can repeat instead talking to me slowly her voice was so loud so I repeat the order and she slowdown her voice. Went to pick up my order a male the one who proceeded my payment . I ask if what’s the name of the lady that answered my call don’t no the last name or not sure if that’s the right name that work today 5/30/25. I just don’t like the way she answers the costumer very rude. .

I had the worst pizza at pizza hut in San Marcos Ca, todayI ordered a large pizza with stuffed cheese Crust And pepperoni. There was no cheese in the crust.The pepperoni was overcooked crispy I will definitely not be going back there

Sunday afternoon that I stopped in here to grab a large pepperoni, thin crust, pizza, and some Mini Cinnabon… The staff was friendly, courteous, willing, and knowledgeable. I give the staff in duty five stars. The inside of the little store shop was clean and tidy, and I’d give it five stars.
A simple request if they could, please cut the pizza in squares, and this is the mess that they gave me

Extra processes coupled with lazy is a recipe for disgruntled unsatisfied customer. Pizza hut driver drove to my house on delivery, parked in front of my house, proceeded to call me, and when I didn't answer a suspect spam call per my caller ID. The driver drove back to store and canceled my order. The driver never got out of their car, walked to front door and knocked like a traditional pizza delivery companies have done for decades. .. this poor and broken process imposed a loss to pizza huts operational cost to make my pizza and pay driver for delivery, yet never got paid.. and my family is hungry in search for pizza else where.... mistakes like this add up pizza hut
