The food was very fresh, the shrimp, octopus, and tuna were delicious, a very good portion for little money.

Nothing fancy, but food is good and fresh!
We shared a large bowl with octopus, spicy tuna, albacore tuna, and regular tuna over mixed greens with seaweed salad, avocado, crispy seaweed, topped with dried garlic and sesame seeds (great flavor and crunch!)
Would come again!

I got take out late in the evening just prior to closing. The staff were extremely hospitable and pleasant. Because it was my first order, they took the time to explain the process. The food was excellent, everything fresh even at the end of the day. I will be back!!!

Well I love poki, But when I go to other locations and I order the large they stuff it's so full they can barely close the lid on the container. Here there was plenty of room and it really wasn't as good as the other locations I've gone to

Vegetarian options: Poki is not vegetarian so why would you come here, maybe with your friends so they do have some vegetarian options

If I had my way. I would go there every day. It's my favorite Summer dish. The regular bowl I got was excellent. All my instructions were followed to the letter. It is now my Poke spot .Keep up the good work! ??

We stopped by for a late lunch and we were the only one there. We got two regular ones and the portion was decent. They tasted good. There are plenty of seatings and it looked clean. The staff was friendly.

Honestly disappointed on how expensive it is and how little protein (fish) you get. I would highly recommend going to a different spot/chain because of this. $18 for a large bowl, with scoops that are extremely small and leveled off, not full scoops. Sad to see such a decent chain charge so much for so little.

Worst customer service and unprofessional. Never returning. I went there for the first time ever and ordered my food and she ended up charging me $4 over the menu price for menu items without my knowledge or approval. Worst part, she unapologetically told me , you should look better, it's on the menu (in very small letter) , and you can leave now. I paid and left my food on the counter without touching it and went to Lemon Shark Poke instead.Next time you want to add extra cost to someone's plate, ask before doing so.
