Prime Cuts catered our wedding of almost 100 guests. The food (steak and salmon) was delicious and far exceeded our expectations. Everything was well prepared and Evan and the team was so easy to work with. Highly recommend!

They cater to our events at Champagne Village on a regular basis. The food is excellent, due to their on site help there is more than enough portions and we usually have left overs. Our events are from 100 to 140 attendees. They are the absolutely the best in quality, quantity and price.

My friend was looking for on-site catering, and Prime Cuts was the top choice — and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Evan was the chef, and not only was he professional, but also down-to-earth and genuinely great to talk to. And wow — Evan can really cook! The chicken, tri-tip, and ribs were all incredibly tasty. If I could give it seven stars, I would!

Prime Cuts Catering has catered 4 big dinner events for our organization. The food is outstanding and Evan and his staff are very accommodating and efficient. The food is cooked on site and super fresh and always delicious. The number of people attending has increased each time as they love the food. I found this business through thumbtack and I was swept off of my feet with them. Not only do they provide reasonable pricing, but they offer AMAZING food (honestly not exaggerating) ! The entire team was very professional and super friendly. Ron was very easy to work with and always made sure I was please. I must of changed my order a million times and it was never an issue. He took away all my stress and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.

We had Prime Cuts cook on site - smoked and BBQ meats - for a 75+ party. The ribs, tri-tip and chicken were a big hit! And his Augratin potatoes, salad and corn on the cob were all delicious. High-quality meats and ingredients. Ron is very easy to work with I recommend Prime Cuts for your next event!
